Disappointed.
If it cost more I would have returned it. Structurally it is just fine. Strong webbing, heavy metal rings, it all seems very well put together.Design wise it is a mess. It appears to be made for someone about 5'8" and very big around. The 'waist' belt sits far to high and cannot be made tight around my body--not ever close. This means that while pulling, the whole harness slides back and down and 100% of the drag is on the top of my shoulders. IF the waist band were 6 inches lower, and IF it could be tightened around the waist this would work just fine. But, neither of those things is true.If you are short, and really big around, maybe this is for you, if not...

Not a big fan. I bought two of these for my football team to use but the straps get tangled up and the boys can never seem to figure out which end to use which slows down our workouts. I wouldn't buy this product again.
