Pathetic service and product
I have received a damaged product all the base of speaker are totally damaged.. I talked with customer service they are saying we will only replace. We will not refund.. Sound quality is also very low.. Pathetic product and service of amazon don't go for it.

Good Product - Slightly Pricey
It is a Good Product, though slightly Pricey. The features and the Sound Quality is awesome. I face some issues with Wireless Mic and Speaker as there is some eerie noise sound made when speaking. Prominent when connected to power. When working on battery, very less disturbance. Overall a Good Product to have!!

Playback time
The playback time is more than 12 hours. The RGB lights are awesome. The RGB lights can be switched off by pressing the On/off Button for 5 seconds. Style is elegant comparing BT800 and BT900. Only the Red LED keeps on glowing. I lodged a complaint in this regard and expecting the positive reply shortly.
