Perfect size
When I received the brush, initially impression was it was too small. After using it, cleaning leather seats, it is the perfect size to fit in my hand. The shape was very comfortable and didn't cramp my hand after extended use. The bristle quality was great, it didn't shed any and cleaned up great.

Everyone is right, this brush is nice!
I bought this to clean the new 'Alcantara' seat covers I've installed in my 2000 Celica. The brush is solid, the bristle tips are a little sharp but not scratchy, the bristles seem well bonded into the wooden handle, the handle is comfortable and the brush is just the right size to work an appropriate area. Bristles feel like they've got just the right amount of spring and flex to get into crevices and lift the Alcantara fibers without damaging them. There's been a little shedding of the fabric but it's brand new material so I don't think the brush is to blame for this. All positives out of the way, take a good look at your brush and snip off the outlying tall bristles. With those trimmed down it gives a much nicer brush over fiber fabrics like Alcantara and suede leather.Overall I wouldn't hesitate to suggest this to anyone

Slightly too small
I detail cars and do interior automotive restoration for a living.I love this brush! They nailed so many things. It’s really difficult to make a perfect brush for the job. When it comes to leather this is my absolute go to.The bristle stiffness, length, how long it lasts, the sturdiness, and design of the brush. I wish the bristles were slightly more dense but that’s a minor thing. My biggest issue is the overall size. The brush as a whole needs to be bigger. I would prefer to have both this size and a bigger one. This size works great for small areas like steering wheels. center consoles, and textured trim pieces. But for scrubbing seats and anything bigger gets overly time consuming. It generally feels good in the hand unless I start scrubbing for a long time. Gets kinda awkward for my hands. And I don’t really have big hands. The brush just feels little.I’ve put countless hours in this brush. I love it. Just needs a bigger option.

Durable, safe, and effective
Ordered a leather specific cleaning brush the other day and tried it on my 2007 leather steering wheel, same cleaner I’ve been using with a microfiber previously and the different was huge, it feels like a new wheel and a lot of the gloss/shine is gone as well, no dye transfer or wear, just actually getting the dirt and oil out of the grain made a huge difference. Also did the seats in my 2011 (perforated light ivory leather) and 2007 (black leather)Subaru’s and using a brush definitely does a much better job than a microfiber towel, they both look brand new and feel much better, wish I had discovered brushes like that years ago as it makes cleaning so much more effective. 2 car interiors and a couch later and this is holding up great, difference in texture of leather is unreal

This leather and textile cleaning brush is wonderful and really helped with cleaning my micro suede in my car! Still left it nice and smooth.

Small leather brush
I purchased this brush as a "suggested purchase" with some leather soap. It was good thing. I really needed the brush. The bristles are study, but softer... suitable for use with leather. The handle is wood. It is small... about 4 1/2" by 2"... I good size for getting into your leather scrubbing task. In my case, leather car seats. All in all I was grateful I took the "advice" and purchased this brush!I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seems useful. Further, I did NOT receive compensation of ANY kind for my review. My purchase is VERIFIED, full price, completely unsolicited and 100% independent. As are my reviews. My reviews are completely my opinion, which may differ from yours. I respect that. I do my best to offer real, honest reviews to help other buyers. Happy shopping to all!

Tiny!
Product seems decent but very small. Fits in the palm of your hand. Not sure how long it will last but we'll see!

Love this brush
This is the perfect brush. I detail cars and I LOVE this brush. You can really scrub with this brush and it does NOT scratch leather. It spreads the product nicely and evenly. It’s a high quality brush I’ve had it for a couple of months and it’s just like the day I purchased it. Colourlocks leather cleaners and conditioners are also top notch.

A nice small brush with good stiff bristles.
Overall: Read the other reviews as well. But overall, it is a small brush that you may well be able to get as a shoe brush. However, at least you know what you're getting with this brush - the size is a benefit at times, and it does a good job.Disclaimer: I generally don't know what I'm doing. Honestly, I really don't. I try to keep my car nice. If you are in the same situation, hopefully this helps you and sets your mind at ease.Packaging and Postage: Prime, so as quick and as free as usual. In one of the cardboard postage boxes, and it was able to be posted through the door.First Impressions: The wood is actually quite nice, and the bristles do have a pleasing rigidity to them. They're like Goldilocks and her porridge, not too stiff but not soft and useless either. The only annoyance was the two white stickers on the brush, but they readily peeled off.Design: Not much to say here, it is afterall a brush. The size fits into your grip easily enough and you can scrub fairly ruthlessly if so desired!Use: I've taken some pictures of the effects on a front seat. Please bear in mind that obviously, the seat isn't completely dry so it may not be as obvious the difference. However, i have no doubt that this is a decent brush to have in my car cleaning arsenal.Longevity: I was going to say that there should be no reason why this wouldn't last. I stand by that, but actually there may be some possibility of bristles coming out. Obviously nothing yet at all, but if it suffers over time then I will, like all my reviews, come back and update this.

Great brush for cleaning leather upholstery
At first I was sceptical about purchasing this brush as from the pictures it looked like a cheap shoe polishing brush. Luckily this was not the case and its of far more superior quality.Pros-easy to grip-high quality bristles which do not fall out easily-soft bristles does not scratch or damage the leather-helps to clean leather thoroughly, creating a rich lather by slow gentle scrubbingCons-cost (£4.99 prime)-may slip if your hands are wet/soapyI've now used it to thoroughly clean the leather interior of my car using Autoglym leather cleaner and the results are astounding. I have not tested this on textile or non leather materials but I would guess it would do a great job on these too.A highly recommended product which works great and is well worth the money.

Works well on car seats!
I used this brush in conjunction with a Lexol 0908 Leather Care Kit to tackle the leather seats in my car.The brush is reasonably small, as mentioned in other reviews, but fits easily into the hand and conveniently gets into any corners / spaces a bigger brush wouldn't. As the bristle is designed for this sort of job (i.e. not too stiff, not too soft) I'd say it definitely added to the effectiveness of the Lexol kit because the bristles are more likely to get into the grain of the leather than the cotton towelling covered foam pads, which come with the Lexol kit. From the research I've done you don't have to be too gentle with modern automotive leather and hopefully this brush is just right.I got pleasing results using it, anyway, and I'd definitely buy it again.

Too small
This is really small, it’s also incredibly slippery if you get it wet, to the point it’s unusable because you can’t keep a hold of it.I bought it to clean leather car seats, but I can’t keep a hold of it. I bought a regular boot brush instead which works much better.Did I mention it’s tiny.

COLOURLOCK Leather & Textile Cleaning Brush
Yes, I know it's technically a shoe brush....but it does work well to get into the nooks & crannies of leather seats. Thought it was a bit on the small size (as per other reviews), & it is a bit fiddly to keep hold of it....but does work well to get most of the ingrained muck & dirt out of the leather. I used it with Dodo Juice leather cleaner & was impressed with the results, after a wipe of with a damp microfiber cloth. Was slightly worried that the bristles may have been a touch on the hard side....but it's results that matter...& was pleased with the result.
