I was in Las vegas for New Years Eve and this saved me the next day. I drank one before my first drink and did not remember to have another one after.(I was blacked out drunk) I woke up with 4 hours of sleep and I was ready for a buffet and to start it all over again. I could not believe I was not hung over. This stuff is magical and It works!

Have gone through about 50 of these and have never had a hangover when I drink one before drinking and before bed. I will sometimes be hungover if I only drink one. Put this to the real test during 2 weeklong Vegas trips that involved consuming copious amounts of alcohol. I would drink when I woke up at 11am and continue drinking til I passed out at 4am. I was able to do this for 7 days straight and didn't suffer a hangover once. The 7 hours of sleep definitely helped and I would advise you get at least 6 hours if you want this stuff to work.
