MCWlaser CVD ZnSe Focus Lens Dia: 12mm FL: 2"/ 50.8mm for CO2 Laser Engraver Cutter 40W 50W 60W 80W 100W 130W 150W 180W 200W

Used this to replace the 6 year old lens on my 100W CNC laser which looked a bit cloudy. Cut mostly balsawood, plywood, and magnetic rubber. Could not believe the difference in cut quality with the new lens, I guess I should replace it more often!

I like the size of the pin point you can get from the laser. This is on my k40 Chinese laser and I use it all the time and this was a good choice for me.

Huge improvement over the stock K40 lens, fit perfectly and gave me an extra 1" of headspace.

Nachdem an meinem 50W Chinakracher die originale Linse endgültig mittels Brandspuren ihren Geist aufgegeben hat, musste Ersatz her und ich habe mich für die MCWlaser CVD II-VI ZnSe CO2 Laser Linse entschieden. Gleichzeitig habe ich alle drei Umlenkspiegel erneuet. Das Ergebnis kann sich sehen lassen. Beim Schneiden von 3mm Plexiglas benötige ich jetzt nicht mehr 5 Durchgänge sondern nur noch einen bei 95% Leistung und 10mm Schnittgeschwindigkeit. Eine Gravur in diesem Material ist jetzt auch mit bedeutend weniger Laserleistung möglich und auch empfehlenswert, da die Gravur sonst zu tief wird. Auch bei der Holzgravur oder Schieferplatten kann ich jetzt die Laserleistung vermindern und gleichzeitig die Geschwindigkeit erhöhen, um zu einem guten Ergebnis zu kommen, wie man auf den Fotos sehen kann. Der Kauf hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt und ich kann die Linse besten Gewissens weitermpfehlen.

I run a laser engraving and cutting business that produces mostly goods in the textile market. We need sharp crips engravings often as tight as 3 point font. Lenses aren't cheap if you go with the supplier which in my case is Trotec. The Trotec Speedy 300 is a precision machine and I'm particular about the quality of the product it creates. After needing a replacement for both my 1.5 an 2 inch lenses I took a chance on this at 1/20th the price of an OEM lens. I can't see the difference for either cutting or engraving, and although I can't speak to the longevity of the lens, I can buy 20 of these before matching the price of the others. Just be sure to match the diameter of the lens to your machine and you're all set. If it lets me down in less than a year I will update the review, but out of the box it's a great price and solid lens.
