This item is just as described. Yes, it's easy to bend so be careful. Long incense sticks or stick won't burn? Take the top off. Definitely saves space. Will hold 5-6 sticks easily. Good value for the price.

The item is made of metal not soap stone. It's a great idea to trap the ashes, however the base is a bit wobbly. The incense holder part, isn't always small enough to hold the sticks dead center so when recovering the incense sometimes I've been burned as the incense stick falls to the side and burns my finger through the holes if I'm not too careful.

I thought it would be taller so it fits all incense but it does what it advertises

I recently bought the Tuzech Steel Incense Holder and I'm genuinely impressed. For only $9.99, its value is unbeatable. There were so many things wrong with this product, so I'll make a list to keep it simple:- Right off the bat, the package was practically destroyed. Was not impressed to see that.- Incense holder looked alright, but it's just punched and wrapped sheet metal. I almost cut myself opening it up.- Again, thin sheet metal. This thing feels like a joke, and would function better as a cheese grater.- Incense will be very loose in the stand, and if you only burn one stick at a time like me, they'll bump into and light each other as they burn.- Standard incense sticks will have to have a good 2-3" snapped off the bottom, or they will be too tall and the lid won't close at all.- There is no value for the money. I paid $10 for a dollar store incense burner. Just go buy one from walmart, you'll be happier with it.Overall I'm super disappointed with this, but it's not worth returning over $10. Won't be buying from this seller again, I'd give this 0☆ if I could.--------------------------UPDATE 04/03/2021--------------------------Still no word from the seller. Not only do I have to break my incense sticks to make them fit, but if you close the burner (sleeve and lid both secured), they get smothered and go out. This is absolute garbage, don't waste your time or money. You certainly won't get it back. Going back to the flat metal stand I have for now.

Lovely uncomplicated design. Circle pattern perfect for our needs. Only issue is that slots are fixed and quite narrow, which only accommodate slim incenses. Perhaps slightly shave the tip before insertion??? 🙄

This is about the most inexpensively made burner I have ever seen. It works ok but sometimes the stick rest against the sides and put themselves out. All in all it is fairly priced I guess but it is basically formed junk. Started to stain from the smoke after only a few sticks as well. Do not buy unless its a matter of price

Very compact and make burning the incense more evenly throughout the home. Easy clean up and fits right in with my decor.

I was looking for something that we could take camping and use to burn out citronella incense and this worked perfectly....so much so, I purchased a second one.It will hold 5-6 incense sticks. If the holes are too small simply use a skewer or nail to spread them open a bit. The design allows for the easy diffusion of whatever you are burning and the sticks stay lit, no problem. It is a bit tippy if used on an uneven surface, but we solved this by building a base for it-this way we could put it under our chairs and get the full benefit of the citronella.What I really liked about it was the top, which I think is supposed to be used for cone incense (?). It doesn't get hot and makes a great hold-on for picking the unit up.All in all a terrific purchase for the price. It's not fancy, but it works!

Stainless steel quality is not at all good...very dissapointing with the price iwhich does not match with the product quality

Not so worth to buy literally wasted my money stand cover is missing.. Scarred if I force can burn my hand. If you refund my money will be great and from top it’s not proper round in shape.
