Comfy, Inexpensive Legwarmers Hold Up Well
Before I begin, It's probably worth mentioning that I'm a guy (in case there's some other guy out there wondering if it's okay to buy these) and that while, at 5' 8", I'm not *tall,* I do have long legs for my height (31.5"/80cm inseam; 19.5"/49.5cm to mid-knee). My calves are also fairly huge (15.5"/39.5cm" at the widest point). Those factors almost certainly influence fit; I don't think these leg warmers would be as suitable for dancers much taller than I am.TL;DR version:PRO: Warm, light, not bulky, durable, washable.CON: At my size, I suspect I'm about at the upper limit for these. If you're tall, they might not work for you.Anyway! In my ever-expanding collection of legwarmers, I already had the taller version of these, so I knew I would like them.Chiefly, they do their job very, very well, and they seem durable. In fact, I was quite surprised to discover that if my right calf (which I injured a while back) starts to feel tight during petit allegro, I can just slap one of these on, and it helps profoundly almost at once. Likewise, they reduce warm-up time for my rather comically muscular calves, and that (combined with the stirrup feature) helps my feet warm up faster, too. Moreover, they're not bulky -- which is good, because bulky leg-warmers are frankly the very last thing I need when I'm going for a tight sus-sous.Right now, this is my go-to pair of legwarmers, so they see use almost daily and make their way through the wash a couple of times each week.Unlike most of my dance stuff, which I coddle ridiculously, I run these through the tumble dryer -- sometimes on low with my husband's aerials kit; sometimes on medium with regular clothes. So far, there's no sign at all of shrinkage, unraveling, or other damage. They come out soft, fluffy, and ready to wear.Since they're inexpensive, I don't worry about losing them -- though I do think I'll go ahead and buy another pair to keep on hand, because sooner or later I probably *will* lose them (or, rather, I will lose ONE of them, because the universe is a cruel and inhospitable place for a broke dancer).Fit is good: while, on first glance, I immediately thought, "Ha! Not bleeding likely," it turns out that they're elastic enough to be quite comfortable. I suspect, though, that I'm about at the upper limit of their comfort range. Someone with longer legs will probably find them a bit too short; someone with thicker legs might find their elastics too constricting.I *have* noticed that when I wear these with purpose-built mens' ballet tights (which are pretty smooth) they tend to slip down to just below my knees. This may be due to the way I'm built, or it could just be that my tights are slippery. I don't have the same problem when I take class in my mid-calf length jogging tights, short tights (which leave my legs bare to well above the knee), or what have you.Still, even with the slipping thing, they're still really useful legwarmers, and I like them a lot.

Just What I Wanted
Body Wrappers 194 Women's 27" Legwarmers are perfect for me! I'm about 5'7, and my legs are on the spindly side. Finding legwarmers that stay up has proven to be a challenge to say the least. But these stayed up perfectly. They are soft, warm, and not constricting. I wore them for two days, and although they did loosen slightly, it wasn't enough that I worried about them falling down. At this price, I think buying a spare pair would be a good idea. My only *sigh* comes from this: the second day of use, I noticed a snag in the material. A fairly big one. I just knotted it tight, and carried on. Hopefully when I wash them they will come out nice. If you don't see an update to this review, it means that they did. :)

So soft and warm!
I ordered these in charcoal. I love them! They are warm and soft! Exactly what Iβve come to expect from body wrappers. I am 5β 0β with short legs so they come above my knees. I liked them so much I ordered a pair in black as well.

Love them! Maybe not for longer or thicker legs though.
They're nice and stretchy and comfy, and I love wearing them! I wear them a couple times a week and they seem pretty durable. Just FYI for girls with long legs or thick legs, I'm 5'2" and weigh 95 lbs and they come up about as high on me as they do in the picture (a few inches above the knee), so if you're taller you might want to go with a longer legwarmer. I was kind of hoping they'd be a bit longer on me since I have such short legs, but no such luck. The top part around the thigh is a little thicker and tighter to keep them from falling down while dancing, but it's a little less stretchy so it might not fit someone with bigger legs.

Review of just received item
This is an out of the box review that can go either higher or lower. The seller is top rate. The product is soft enough, warm and snug. I'm not a dancer, I bought the product for warmth. I'm 5'6" and it clears my knees by about 2" and is acceptably snug: a little snigger than I'd like but if it were less snug it probably would not be as secure. I do not know how much they stretch or handle going through the wash since they are brand new.

Very cute and fast shipping.
Very fast shipping. Arrived in California in 3 days. I was surprised as these were not shipped with prime 2 day service. Definitely not for larger calfs however. My calves are about average sized and these go to just right above my knee. Wider calves would go to under the knee and I'm not sure if it would stretch wide enough for

I love these and need more!
Finally, I found something I can wear to barre and zumba class. The material is very soft, and I love that these leg warmers come up above the knee (I am 5'5). I do wear these to zumba class and the stirrup locations are perfect for what I do in dance. The fabric under the balls of my feet allow me to turn easily, while having my toes and heels free to add friction when I am in a stationary position. I know that most people would wear these for ballet, but I love that I can use these for multiple classes. They are very comfortable and they fit me as the product claims. I will definitely be ordering more of these!

Okay. Not great.
Well: as an adult they arent the best fit. The heel hole is amazingly small and uncomfortable. They reach up over the knee, but feel better below. Love the color: however the quality of Body Wrappers has really gone down. I have leg warmers from 20!years ago βsame description that are 10x better in thickness, quality, and design. Sign of the times.

They are super cozy and don't slip on me like other leg warmers.
I LOVE these leg warmers, they exceeded my expectations, and I am definitely considering purchasing a couple more in the future.

Could have been higher
Happy with the product, I would have liked for them to stretch a little higher, I have very short legs so if they were not high enough for me then they really are not that high

They look thicker in the picture and they are a ...
They look thicker in the picture and they are a bit tight. I am a small person, and they just fit. Would be tight for the average person.
