Works well, I wear it at night because that is when the finger really gets stuck. This keeps me from having to warn the finger up in the morning so I can release the tendon. This will work until I have surgery.

I bought this one for my mcp sagittal band injury on the middle finger. I didn't realize I had bought a large, and after I started using it and discovered the wrist was too loose, I was outside my return period. So I can't give 5 stars because I really can't evaluate what the right would be. That being said it works really well for a single finger, but even with a single finger injury you should really be bracing against another finger. This is only designed for one finger, but I found the bands were just long enough to strap around two if your hand is small enough.This is one of the more expensive braces on Amazon, even considering it is one of the simplest designs (3 removable straps and a straight support). It seems cheap (in design and quality) compared to some of the others, but it does seem to do the job better than most without being excessively bulky.I tried several other braces after this one, but I couldn't justify keeping any of them over this one. Perhaps if I were able to return this one I might have chosen another, but I will make do and be fairly certain this was one of the best choices I could have made.

I found i had to bend the metal to get a more comfortable position, rather than just straight and flat. It honestly hurt my finger more leaving it in one position all day. So i used it for half days, then i was just like, ahhh screw it. And i stopped wearing it all together. But i mean it does what its supposed to. Just wasnt for me i guess. Idk. Three stars because the velcro was put on wrong on mine, like it was backwards so i had to fix it lol. And the velcro itself isnt the best.

getting something that helps you thru the night with carpal tunnel and trigger finger is going to get 5 STARS from me. Not obtrusive, fairly light weight and easy to get on, off, and hand wash.

I use it to sleep at night. It has been extremely helpful for that. I don't even realize I have it on an I don't have pain when sleeping. I like to have it on at night, not possible during the day since I work. I am not sure if this will heal it I see surgery in my future.
