I didn't know that I have to take it twice a day a certain time apart from eating. I don't like to complicate my life with additional schedules. I prefer supplements that I take once a day regardless of the meal. And I don't like the supplements that go in the fridge: when I don't see them, I forget to take them. But that's just me.

I've been taking DelPro for several years. It's a good immune support and gets you back on track if you take antibiotics.

I think we sometimes think more is best, when "more" can actually be too much or damaging to our system. That is the case of this product. I felt bad after taking the product for a week; I think if I can return it, that would be the best route for me.

I ordered these for my daughter. She was having bathroom issues. She's only 10 so going to the bathroom was very painful for her. I read reviews of this product for bacteria in the belly. It worked immediately. However, if you are using it for this as soon as you stop taking it, the issue will reoccur.
