Tourna Ball And String Replacement for Tennis Trainers - universal fit

This was my savior throughout the pandemic shutdown. Yes, these balls wear out quick; but in all fairness, I play hard (3-4 times a week, 2-3 hours, at a time). One ball, depending on the heat, will last me about 2 weeks. BUT THE PURCHASE DECISION for me = WHITE RUBBER BAND. Ive bought other replacement balls from Linkin (green string cord) to Springen (Black string) and my goodness, they 🌬 (blow). THIS RUBBER BAND is superior to any other... its longer when stretched and it has the best give = more time when hitting (hard). I love this product and am suffering now that its not available WTF - lastly, $6.99 was the price point before going unavailable.@Amazon please return this product.

Trimmed the string and hung it from garage ceiling to help me park my long vehicle in garage at the exact spot needed, as soon as the ball hanging from ceiling hits the windshield I know I’m far enough in that the garage door will close. Very handy.👍🏻

One of, if not the best, practice tennis ball on the market. Only shortfall is the life expectancy of the ball. The fur falls off rather quickly, leaving you with a bare rubber ball. But good ball with realistic tennis ball response, not like most other cheaper brands with hard, solid, elbow-aching, 'super' balls.

I removed the elastic string and replaced it with a heavier one. It works fine. Now my Vintage ZIMZAM tennis game is back in action.

I purchased this ball/cord replacement to use with SLKZ tennis trainer and it sucked.First off, the cord is about 1/3 shorter (5ft or so) than the kinect cord that comes with the base. So the ball won't travel as far.Second, the cord is less elastic and won't stretch as long, thus making the ball feel very hardFinally, because of the above two, the base becomes unstable and moves randomly when you hit the ball, which in return makes your ball's trajectory unpredictable and hard to hit.So here's what happened when I replaced the default kinect cord with Tourna one. The ball bounces back weaker, more unpredictable and giving you less time to react

I’ve used every ball and string for my tennis trainer available, and these are the worst of them all! No matter how tight or whatever method you can use to tie them to the ball and tennis trainer base, the string always slips off the knots! It even got to the point where I made a 10 knot tie to see it loosen up because I knew it would, and it definitely did really quick. I don’t get how these strings can’t hold a knot like the other strings out there easily do, but it never holds! As for the balls, really bad. They don’t hold up at all.

I like the tennis ball only, it bounces well.I dont like the string material now being used, it lacks rebound ability & doesn't last very long.The photo shows the original string design, made of rubber band. What i got was woven elastic cord, which is far inferior in quality and rebound, compared to the original rubber string and material used for so many years. The photo is very misleading in your advertising. Had i known, you all were not using the original rubberband material as shown in your photo, i would have never purchased your replacement ball & string.The difference in quality and performance: Im still using my original trainer with the original runberband string, it is over 7 yrs old and i’ve been using it 3 times a week and the string is just as strong and elastic as the day i bought it. That maybe why you stopped using the original rubberband string, because its quality was far superior and wouldnt need replacing as often as the current cheap woven elastic string !

work as expected. I played against the wall and it works really well. I enjoy playing with my daughter in the backyard in this cold winter day or night. I tied the string to on 10lbs metal weight. I played about 2 hrs so far and it is not broken yet
