So far, so good!! I've been battling hot flashes for the last 3+ years (after a hysterectomy) and I've been miserable! My Dr put me on a testosterone hormone cream last year, and while it worked to stop the hot flashes, it left me with some undesirable side effects. The worst was that I lost all vocal control. I LOVE to sing. I was a decent vocalist, but since the testosterone thickens the vocal cords, I had lost all control in my upper register and became totally unable to sing anything above G below middle C! It sucked. I had almost accepted the fact that if I wanted to control the hot flashes, I wouldn't be singing again. I was mad and scared and devastated about it. I was complaining to a friend about it one night and she recommended the Amberen. I looked at their web page, read all the information,and contacted my primary Dr to see if Amberen would be safe to take along side my other meds. I even called the nurse they have at Lunada Biomedical to ask some questions. The the Dr seemed to think I could use this in addition to the meds I was taking, but the nurse at Lunada said that I shouldn't take it in conjunction with the testosterone cream and the progesterone cream I was using. I had to make a gut decision, and I fearfully discontinued the creams so I could let the Amberen do its thing. The first week I took it, I had just a few moderate hot flashes, enough to spook me, but not enough to bail the new efforts. By the end of the second week, I hardly noticed any hot flashes. I have completed my third week on the Amberen and I'm happy to report that the few hot flashes I've had lately have been quite mild and pass VERY quickly. It is recommended that you take a full 90 days of the Amberen and then go off it to see how long you can go before symptoms return. The friend who told me about it said she was symptom free for over a year. If the symptoms return, they recommend another 90 day course. I like that the IDEA is to get my body back on track so it can regulate itself, and the goal is NOT to have to take the Amberen as a supplement for the rest of your life! (WAY different philosophy than big pharma thinking!) I have high hopes for the success of Amberen. I feel like it has already made a big difference for me. The best part... my vocal control is returning!!! I can actually carry a tune, and I'm regaining the ability to sing in higher registers almost every day! I'm probably about 75% of the way back to normal and improving daily. I can't even express how delighted I am to be able to sing again! By taking the Amberen, I am able to get the excess testosterone out of my system and get back to being ME!

I am 71,good genes and healthy ,and reluctantly became a cougar, no shame on men!! Any hew, i had the absolute worst menopause And POST menopause! Brain fog ? i coined the term , my Emory University trained GYN at the time didnt understand lol. Hot flashes, night sweats, it was cruel, a clinical mgr job i had to quit😩. HRT till i was cut off. Suffered thru for yrs.,then my younger soul mate wiped sweat from my forhead last year and again i started hrt on my own, i am a CC trained nurse with connections. It caused uterine lining shedding lol. Nope an immediate HALT to that!! So i read all the reviews on this and decided to see if it was the holy grail. This product with ALL the great reviews! Did i say NOTHING ever worked outside of rx HRT or pellets? NOTHING! This product WORKS!!!! Do u hear me ???? IF my story helps just ONE lady, hallelujah!!!!

I wish I could give this 100 stars! I had all the symptoms of perimenopause, hot flashes all day long, couldn't sleep, anxiety, brain fog, weight gain, irritated....you name it, I had it! You need to stick with it, it was 3 months when I started feeling back to myself but I started noticing improvements after 4 weeks, baby steps with hot flashes weren't as frequent, sleeping was a little better, lost a few pounds. After 3 months I lost 20 pounds with no extra effort, slept through the night, no hot flashes, brain fog has cleared up, anxiety not as bad. This has been a wonderful help and I'm trying to tell all my friends!

So Far So Good – Waiting for Full ResultsI’ve just started taking Amberen and appreciate that it’s designed to target multiple menopause symptoms naturally. So far, I haven’t had any negative side effects, and it’s easy to take daily. I’m still waiting to see full results, but I’m hopeful it will help with my hot flashes and energy levels. Giving it 4 stars for now and may update once I’ve completed the full month.

My doctor recommended this product for menopause. It took a couple of weeks to start noticing a difference but it is a game changer. I tell all my menopause age friends about it. It covers many menopause symptoms and has almost completely stopped my severe hot flashes.

I was honestly so hopeful, after reading all the great reviews; however, prior to taking this, I only suffered from night sweats. Within 3-4 days of beginning to take this, I started to develop very intense, (day time) hot flashes with an increase in the temperature my body elevated to during my night sweat episodes. In addition, I also began to develop pustules on my neck, face and chest area (55+ and never an issue with acne of any sort). In short, rather than relieve my symptoms… it ended up intensifying the existing symptoms and onsetting new ones I’ve never experienced before. I’ve since began taking Estroven, an over-the-counter menopause symptom reliever my OB/GYN recommended years ago. Though with any supplement, it took a while for my symptoms to start to fade, I’m feeling so much better - both physically and mentally! Best of luck to everyone on the hunt for relief.

I cannot tell you how much this has improved my life! No more hot flashes or night sweats! I am more rested and have fewer mood swings! I tell everyone to buy this! And I have not had ANY side effects at all!
