Bamboo Accents Fountain with Pump, Indoor/Outdoor, Branch-Style Support Arms, Smooth Split-Resistant Bamboo Container Not Included (18" Adjustable)

Received the bamboo fountain quickly, assembled easily, and turned it on--no water. The pump seemed not to work. Did troubleshooting steps, still didn't work. Contacted seller--he was so gracious, and immediately sent me a new pump. Everything works beautifully now. The bamboo fountain is simply elegant, sounds and looks beautiful, and the birds love it. We used it in a large copper basin, partially submerged in the ground. I am so impressed with this product and customer service.

Took two minutes to create a great water element. I had the "tub", rocks and plant ready and waiting for the fountain. It arrived and a few minutes later, instant gratification! I have read where some people complained of the pump not having enough drive- absolutely no problems here- and that the tubing did not fit. The tubing is tight but you want it that way so it does not come undone. This is not cheap but it is so effective and lovely. Plus, you can create your own "thing" without committing to an expensive fountain. Go for it!!!!

Exactly what it was supposed to be, and what I expected. I love the product! Perfect for my mid sized balcony. Inised an 18" diameter and 12" deep bowl. The sound is great! Louder than I expected however pacing a rock or other object in the water (in my case a stone black Halloween cat- I know, it's funny and only temporary lol) , to slightly break the fall of the water stream allows me to regulate how loud it is. Over splash isn't bad. The pump is very strong for being so small. Perfect! The reason for 4 stars is that the plastic connector coupling is too large on one end to connect the plastic tube. I had to tape it directly to the pump. Also the standing arm could be held in place better, but it stands as long as I don't move the pump. This can also be corrected easily with some wire rigging. I purchased the 18" tall fountain. Someone less handy may find the few minor shortcomings more of a problem than I did. Over all nearly perfect product, fast shipping and very aesthetically pleasing. It goes perfectly it my Buddhist / Asian like theme. See the video I have posted.

My fountain arrived in a nice cloth bag - it’s very easy to set up and looks very nice! Unfortunately the pump I received was dead out of the box. But their stellar customer service sent me a replacement pump immediately and now it’s working like a dream!

Spout not as pictured, it is a plain tube of bamboo, but the fountain works. Spout configuration might not matter to some, but I searched far and wide for the birdbeak spout to replace the one I had that had after 9 years split. I was disappointed. Also annoyed with the misleading advertising. When you buy online, you need to be able to trust that "what you see is what you get!"

Nice fountain. Love the water sound not loud and tranquil. The included pump work ok but a little flimsy will purchase a little better quality pump when this one no longer work. The water flow adjuster is a great feature of the pump. Had this for 3 months and ran for 12 hours everyday and still running great.

The media could not be loaded. I paired this bamboo fountain kit with a stone water basin and a matrix box underneath; as the look I wanted was that of the bowl overflowing down through the stones to the matrix box to recycle back up the spout. It took about 3-4 hours to install the whole thing. The longest part of the whole project was digging out the level square hole to place the matrix into. Once in the ground I placed a small screen over the matrix lid to keep debris from clogging the pump in the water below and then covered with river stones. I did not use the bamboo cross pieces as the upright bamboo spout is placed over the matrix box, held in place by three large granite stones. The spout is just what I needed to complete the project, the pump that comes with the kit is a bit underpowered but when turned up on high was able to pump a adequate steam of water. Very happy with the finished project!

I wish I could get a video up of this but unable for some reason. I absolutely love this. It is beautiful and the sound is wonderful. So soothing, so zen. I posted the video on facebook and the first thing everyone said was "i can hear the water". A great addition to anyone's garden or even on a deck/patio. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
