High quality but too expensive.
This is a high quality product and professionally made. I am giving it 3 stars to get the attention of the vendor for a couple of points. First, not everyone knows how to assemble this. A very short instruction manual would go very far. I actually struggled with assembling tassels and called them only to find out I have also installed the diplomas incorrectly. It took me about an hour for a ten minute work. The other reason for my grading is the price. It is way too expensive and the only reason the vendor can charge it is due to lack of competition. By the way, customer service is awesome. I encourage calling them as soon as you see a problem. And call them often!

Good quality!
Wow! It’s a bit pricey but such a good investment. This frame will last a lifetime. Very sturdy, good quality. It arrived in one piece and was wrapped so well with protective bubble wrap. Bought it as a Christmas gift for my hubby who just completed his masters!!!! Highly recommend

Showoff
Beautiful frame. My diploma fits perfectly. It was a tight fit trying to get my chords into the tassel area but, again its an area for the tassel. Maybe they should think about making an area for honor chords as well.
