It also didn't matter as I did not need high precision, and while there was a small discrepancy, they were reliable in their readings.If you do need an extremely precise measurement, then these aren't the best choice, but they also aren't intended as such and you probably wouldn't be considering these for such use anyway.For me, they worked as described, gave me a reading that was well within my needs, were cheap for a bunch of them, and came quick.
