People come up to my door and they see the sign and automatically know that I’m not for play. It’s a warning for sure.

Because of it's large size it is readable from a decent distance and it REALLY gets the message to stay out across. One thing it could use is more holes or mounting options. It only has two holes. They are 3 inches in from the edge of the sign and are on each side of the words "The Owner Of This" which really limits how or where it can be mounted. I really love it but I haven't put it out yet because I'm a wimpy, unskilled old woman that can't do it alone. I will have to have someone make a specialized T post to mount it on.It would have gotten 5 stars from me if there were alternate mounting options, or at least more mounting holes.

Received this yesterday and can honestly say the quality is great. I could never find one this good locally and this is made to last. This isn't flimsy at all. Don't hesitate on buying this.
