I purchased this as a fun addition to my home gym. While resting between sets examining the Muscular System Anatomy poster I was able to trace a muscle pain to the muscles name and found information online as to common form mistakes and fixes to alleviate the pain.

I love the charts because it gives you a better understanding of your muscles and what area you should work at and how too.
