Fight against perimenopause and menopause successfully!
I started using Estrosmart 7 years ago after researching how to clear my skin of blemishes in my 40s. I continue to use this now at the age of 55 and in menopause. Helped me alot
This has been huge for me. I have both endometriosis and adenomyosis. After 3 months of use I took a blood test and did a hormonal panel. My results for the first time are within normal range for estrogen and progesterone. My testosterone is still high but decreased from before. If I do not take this medication consistently, I suffer from hot flashes. However, this has helped me greatly and im thankful to my naturopath for recommending this to me. No painful periods, some slight fatigue. A clean ibs (fodmap) diet has helped a lot too.

So far effective with hormonal acne
So far so good, I can see my hormonal acne going down. It does smell awful and I does gagged but it seems to be working. Will update when I get my period as I usually pass out in pain and have to be in bed for the entire day.

Helps with SO MUCH!
Helped with everyday bloating, I feel a lot more comfortable in my clothes! Also I have a history of very painful and heavy periods (+ tender breasts) & I found this to be a MEGA help. Ladies I highly recommend! Just finished the bottle, for reference I took 2 a day, I read some women take more/less but use at your own discretion :) Hope all stay well!
