Zero cracks and I was able to easily mix 1:1:2 using a 3 gallon bucket. I added the 2 gravel first, let that spin in my harbor freight mixer. Then I added the fiberglass fibers and about 2 tablespoons of the superplastizer. I would let these ingredients mix dry for several minutes, meanwhile I was filling my bucket with sand and Portland. I would let all dry ingredients mix for a minute or two. Then I would add the water. I would estimate I was only needing to add 1/2 gallon of water to get a highly workable mix.
