Best bread I've ever had
I can't eat gluten or yeast and it's been so difficult finding a bread that is yeast and gluten free. Oven made my own but the texture never turns out right and it never taste like a real loaf of bread. This was bread was amazing!!! I can honestly say it's the best bread I've tasted. I think it's important to follow the directions and not over mix it. I used almond milk for the liquid, and I used 2 tablespoons of date sugar for the "sweetener". I feel so thankful for this bread, it makes me feel human again. Haha.Well worth the price too.

It's a great alternative for kids with multiple food allergies and sensitivities ...
It's a great alternative for kids with multiple food allergies and sensitivities and our DC approves. The bread is dense and a little dry, but it freezes, slices and toasts well and it's better the next day IMO. Plus, it fills me up much more than any other GF breads and it has some nutritional value. The mix is crazy expensive so I'm considering googling some GFCF and yeast free bread recipes to see if I can make a decent one on my own. For the record, at a taste sampling at our local health food store, I did try their other regular bread mix (not dairy free) and it tasted even better, but I can't handle dairy anymore. The pumpkin bread was fantastic. The black bean brownies were gross IMO and I like homemade black bean brownies. Overall I recommend this bread, but really hope to see the price come down.

DE-lish!
WOW! this is really delicious! I made it with coconut water and cashew milk added a bit of agave and sesame seeds and it's wonderful! Thank you. I tried Paleo bread a few days ago and the flavor is really off putting plus it sort of smelled like wet dog when I was toasting it. I didn't know if I'd be able to find a yummy bread since my doctor recommend that I avoid gluten, soy, corn and rice. Very happy to have found Anna's! Can't wait to try the brownie & pancake mixes.

I absolutely love this bread
I absolutely love this bread. I used olive oil, a little less milk and added honey, salt, and 2 tbsp of applecider vinegar. It was very soft, airy, moist and tasty.

texture is not bad, but it really just tastes awful
I'll give them some credit for trying; texture is not bad, but it really just tastes awful, you can really taste than xanthan gum.

Nice bread
Nice bread, good flavor and texture. A little different than other brands. Too bad its a bit pricey. Flavor is good especially fresh, it looses appeal after a couple days.
