Yummy light flavorful crackers.
Love these crackers. I don’t digest most grains and gluten comfortably so buckwheat products are great. These are light, very crunchy and have a wonderful flavor. Just wish they were a bit less expensive.

Surprisingly Good
They are about the size of a graham cracker. Te taste grows on u with just a hint of salt to give it flavor. Two crackers are only 50 calories and they aren’t bad for you.

Light and very crispy.
Airy, crispy flatbread made from one ingredient, and that is very important to me because I am on a specialized food plan. Buckwheat is one of the non-grain "grains" that is highly beneficial for me. They do not have much taste, but most crispy flatbreads I've tried before don't have a lot of taste either. They are far beyond and above any rice cracker or puffed rice cake I've ever tried. Kept in a sealed plastic bag, they do not get stale/soft like some other crispy type munchies do. As advertised, they are a good base for about anything you want to use for topping for snacks or appetizers, but my favorite use for these it to break them in small pieces and use them as croûtons for a super large dinner salad. I didn't give them 5 stars because I feel the cost is a bit high for what you get. However, I do recommend them.

Crunchy, delicious and no fillers!
It's nearly impossible to find great gluten free AND grain free crackers that actually taste amazing, and organic on top! If you eat buckwheat (which is a berry), then you know it's nutty flavor. These are crisps and like any other types of crisps, they are a not necessarily for eating alone (although my husband loves them that way). They are a wonderful "delivery device" for whatever yummy food you want to put on top, and don't detract or overwhelm the flavor (as do many other GF grackers which are yummy alone but not good for eating with toppings). Delish!

Le Pain des fleurs bluckwheat crisp bread vs. Styrofoam - an honest review
A few months into my gluten free journey, I decided to give these crackers a try. (I will call them "crackers", because describing this product as "bread" is like calling a rice cake bread. Just because you can put stuff on it does not make it bread. It is, by all definitions, a cracker.) First, I decided to try it by itself. I do not recommend this. It really has no taste at all, if anything, a taste that I can only describe as slightly painful to the palate. It was then that I was reminded of the texture of styrofoam and what I would imagine the taste of styrofoam to be. So.... Le Pain des Fleurs vs. Styrofoam Texture - I'd say it's a tie - both are sort of crunchy, but more in a squishy kind of way Price - Styrofoam is much less expensive than these crackers! Taste - Never having eaten styrofoam, I don't feel it would be completely fair to comment. Health benefits - Le Pain des fleurs wins this one. I would not recommend eating styrofoam. After my initial analysis, I decided to "Jazz it up" and added some turkey and avocado. For this purpose, it did serve useful. The taste of the avocado overpowered the cracker and so it gave it a nice little crunch. (I then raised my rating from 1 to 3.) I would not recommend using 2 pieces and trying to make a sandwich, as it is too brittle and will surely break. Go open face if you want a sandwich type feel. Also, be aware that they are not very big at all - (see my pictures to gain scale perspective) - the pack is not very big for the price. Overall, I will finish the pack I have, but will not likely purchase these again. For half the price and twice as many, I can just buy rice cakes. If you can't eat rice and this is your only option, just make sure not to eat them plain!
