Works great. Taste is terrible without some EAA, etc. Doable by itself, but have a full stomach, it is rough tasting by itself. But, I mix it with collagen, EAA, and occasionally preworkout, and I don't notice it at all then. Dissolves well

Sigh.I've used this for 2 months so far, and have seen definite muscle/strength gains without the intestinal discomfort I get whenever I take Creatine Monohydrate (which ultimately leads to diaherrea).I no longer use nor buy "cheap" workout supplements, or any cheap supplements, way too many included bits of unhealthy garbage in so many of them, you really have to watch it. This brand and its quality seem to be top notch, provide a very good value as well.This powder is dry, clean and like all Creatine, extremely bitter-tasting. I either mix it in a protein shake or just blend it with a little water and chug it down quick - a quick bitter beer face ensues and that's it. If you are willing to forego the least expensive, easiest, safest way to gain muscle from a natural supplement, because of a few seconds of bitterness, I don't know what to tell you. It leads me to believe such people aren't willing to put in the effort in the gym either possibly, as that's usually a heck of a lot more pain and work than whoofing-down a tiny amount of watered-down powder where the taste lasts for maybe 3-5 seconds.I take this after each workout, not before, as studies have shown Creatine is best absorbed and most needed and beneficial when your muscles "need" it - i.e. post-workout. If I'm still feeling sore the day after, I will also take a serving then as well.Literally no other supplement has increased my strength and lean muscle mass like Creatine HCI. I am 50 years old now and am still building muscle and strengthening parts of my body that I've neglected in the past, I could not make nearly as much progress without this supplement, taken regularly/as you should.

I would say it works, but it taste gross and OP creatine is the same and a lot cheaper.. it does work tho

I used to hate taking creatine. It’s mainly cause I took creatine monohydrate. It would give me headaches and bloating. When I started taking this one, HCL. My head stopped hurting, I wouldn’t get bloated. And one other thing, it mixes way better, no more of that chalky taste. And I personally like the sour taste as well. It is quite expensive but it’s way worth the money, it’s a small scooper so u get so many servings. I bought it like a year ago and still have it. It also works, I got stronger and I noticed more muscle definition.

This creatine is bitter and awful. I tried to return it but it was too late. I tried to ignore the taste and use it up so as not to waste money and the product but I could not take it any longer. No matter what I blend or mix it with the bitter taste remains. Banana in a protein smoothie was the best at masking the taste but it was still bitter. Though I barely used it, this product is now in the trash where it belongs. I strongly recommend that you not purchase this product. I tried another creatine brand and there is no taste whatsoever. The label says this is only creatine but something about the way this is processed makes it bitter. If you decide to try it, make sure you taste it within the return period so if it tastes awful to you like it does to me you can return it and get your money back.

No grit, every bit dissolves completely. Absolutely the best on the market

Used this for a while. Seems to give me good results. Has less side effects than the mono hydrate formulas and when I stop taking this I can tell what I’m missing when I go to the gym
