I purchased both the kindle & Audible version. With the free downloadable forms included, they could have charged $500+ as a class and while it would have been a barrier to entry it would have been worth it 10x over!

My first experience as a landlord, over 20 years ago of a 5 unit in Upstate NY was nothing short of a disaster. Had I been able to read this book then, I would have avoided a ton of mistakes and not been scared away from landlording for over a decade.This book gives all the basics, as well as bonus web content and state specific resources as well. If you are thinking about moving into rentals as a business, this book is a good choice for you.

After doing this for many years, I now own 316 apartments - and learned more from this book than any of the other say 10 books I have read on this subject. Bravo!

A lot of this info is common sense but Brandon the author presents everything in an easy to understand way and it definitely helped me and my wife on our journey into rental properties

It is important to consider rental property management as a business, and to have a repeatable process in place to save time and energy. It is also important to be firm and fair with tenants, and to understand the legal aspects of housing. Finally, it is important to train tenants so that they can pay rent on time.

I liked how the author is actually doing what he's saying. So I'm getting direct knowledge of someone who's in the trade. However, I don't like how he pushes one to check out bigger pockets website many times throughout the book. However, I understand that's how he gets paid.

SO good! This book is so good and is just full of the most practical actionable knowledge that you need to know about Buy and hold investing. I would highly recommend this book to any buy and hold investor both new and seasoned. Also just a shout out to Bigger pockets itself, it has done SO MUCH for me in terms of growing me in my real estate journey and would honestly urge anyone that is in or thinking of getting into real estate to check out bigger pockets and you will see what I am talking about!
