Water Filtration - High Value
My wife and I have had this water filter system in service for just over a month now. Purchased it along with a spin down filter that precedes this system. We had a high quality water softener that we removed because our garage is small and it took up substantial space. Thus far we are very pleased with this iSpring unit. It seems to do what it claims to do. Filters sediment, chlorine, odors and other chemicals. I also believe it is likely equivalent to a couple other brands that are considerably more expensive. We spent approx $300 over what we originally budgeted because we look at capacity of an appliance vs our projected parameters. We Purchased a little larger than maybe our usage might be.Not necessarily this one but Some of these systems claim to “soften” water. I do not personally think that’s an accurate statement. The water does not have quite the same feel as our water softener provided. But the softener only softened our water and did not filter it. I think that tends to be a misconception - I think if you want “soft” water you will need an actual softener. The word I would use for this system is “CLEAN” rather than “soft”. There is a definite good feel to the water, just not the soft feel with a softener. My wife has a steam distiller for water that we do not hardly use anymore - good water is our drink of choice and we can actually drink straight from the tap now without the odorous smell, sediment and poor taste.Bottom line - Space saving, excellent results, reasonable cost vs better known brands. Time will tell but we feel like we made the right choice for us.

Best Whole Home Water Filter On The Market!!
Let me just start out by saying I pride myself in being a DIY homeowner. My fiancée and I moved down to Southwest Florida in 2022 and have been struggling with our well water until I found this water filtration system. The water companies down here are gouging people anywhere between $5k and $10k for clean drinking water systems. I needed a solution to our incredibly intense sulfur smell and heavy sand/sediment buildup since we are so close to the water table down here.As you can see from my photos our water softener is designed to be outside since it never gets below freezing down here. Before I installed this whole home water filtration system by iSpring, I called and talked with them about any potential issues I may run into having their system installed outdoors. I was the year round Florida heat would be fine, but the intense solar energy from the sun could compromise the blue filter housing potentially allowing plastic to leach into our water supply. I went ahead and installed the whole filter with all the plumbing in a plastic resin container from Home Depot. I also preemptively installed a few bypass water valves behind the water filtration container in line with the house supply line incase of any future maintenance needed to be done, we could still draw water from our softener directly.I installed my system in June of 2024 and this iSpring system solved ALL of my problems! The sulfur smell was totally gone and we stopped seeing sand/sediment in our bathtub whenever we wanted to draw up a bath. I would also like to note, their system has had 0 leaks and is water tight.October 2024 Update:It has been 4 months and we are now starting to get that sulfur smell back into our water coming in the house. After calling iSpring and speaking with Michele, she informed me to get in touch with our local cooperative extension office to get a water test and bacteria test performed on our well water. Michele also graciously reassured me that our 50-micron spin down sediment filter wasn’t enough for our well system and that we needed a 100-micron filter. Michele has been incredibly informative as well as helpful in helping us get our water issues resolved. My overall takeaway with iSpring is I would give them a 10/10 and I highly recommend iSpring to anyone looking to get filtered water for their home! Customer service has been above excellent, the price for their products are very reasonable, the overall design of their system is minimal/not over complicated, and the ease of installation was a breeze!

Best company and customer service on planet earth... you can't go wrong with this system...
The 3 stage system works great! But the customer service is even better. Let me explain... I purchased this system in April 2019. It is recommended to change the filters annually... BUT, if you cannot release the water pressure on the system, you will never be able to unscrew the large filter housings. My first system manifold design had "red" pressure relief buttons so you could remove the pressure and thus unscrew the massive blue filter casings. I had issues with the "red" buttons not releasing the pressure enough to remove the blue filter housings so I contacted iSpring and they sent me another manifold without any buttons at NO CHARGE! They suggested installing a regular water spigot on the incoming and outflowing line to release the pressure so that it would be possible to unscrew the filter casings. As you can see in the pictures, the system works great. In the last few days, I changed out my filters again for the 6th time and for some reason, the middle manifold filter receiver developed two pinhole leaks. Once again I contacted iSpring and spoke to John.I explained the problem and he immediately sent my yet another manifold to replace the second one... NO CHARGE! I know of no other company on planet earth that stands behind their products like iSpring. I highly recommend this system if you are serious about having clean and healthy water to drink. This system is well made, robust in design, will last for years, and you will not believe how well this system filters your water. This system has the sediment filter and two charcoal filters. The area where I reside likes to brag about our water quality. DON'T BELIEVE IT. The sediment filter catches so much sediment that when I change the filters, the water in that filter is literally muddy. I am not embellishing, the water is muddy. If I wasn't filtering that stuff, I would be drinking it and would have no clue that I was ingesting dirt into my water.Hats off to iSpring and John for having such outstanding products and customer service.Tom in Collierville, TN
