Are these ok for chinchillas?

Hello, yes they are but, as with just about all foods for chinchillas apart from hay, it’s important to only offer these sticks in moderation. This could be as simple as only hanging a stick in their cage for few minutes a day, or every other day, so they don’t overindulge.

Is the egg used right for a herbivore's diet?

Hello, just to confirm: these specific sticks don’t contain any egg. Some of our other sticks did contain a small amount of egg powder, but we’ve now been able to reformulate these other sticks so these will soon also not contain any egg. Egg is actually a safe ingredient in small amounts, but we appreciate some pet owners would prefer if this wasn’t present.

Are these also intended for rats?

I can't really answer this question as I bought them for my guinea pigs and I don't own rats sorry not much help

what are the measurements of each stick?

Unfortunately the Chins have already eaten them but the packaging dimensions will be fairly accurate. 19cm x 4cm x 4cm.
