Very handy book on Aruba
I just got back from Aruba and this was a very handy book to have. Unlike other travel books that I've purchased, this one is very compact so it fit in my bag easily. I found it especially helpful for activities and restaurants. If you are not staying in one of the all-inclusive places and you need a little guidance getting around the island, this is a great book to have.

No extra Aruba material here, but a nice travel size
No extra Aruba material here that didn't appear in the Fodor book covering the whole Caribbean. It is a good size though and one of the reasons I bought it rather than the extra weight for unnecessary content on other islands. Some out of date info. i.e. Baby Beach not so good for snorkeling anymore. Locals told us a storm several years ago changed and wrecked the beach for snorkeling. It cost us a lot of time driving out there to be disappointed. In general the snorkeling info was weak. (try tropicalsnorkeling.com for good detailed info). Have a nice trip!

Useful little guide to Aruba
We went to Aruba on vacation over Christmas and the New Year. This provided a useful little guide on things to do, places to see, and places to eat. Much better than the tourist guides provided at the airport. Some of the restaurants listed were closed, but we did find a few gems. Note restaurant hours during the holidays in Aruba are different to the rest of the year, for example one place was only open for lunch not dinner. So treat the guide with caution, always double check the restaurant is open / still in business. If your visiting Aruba this is a worth while guide

Useful book for planning a trip.
This is a very useful book for a trip to Aruba. Well worth the price. Helps to plan your trip before going and good while there. Aruba is a small island so this book and web access while in Aruba is all you need.

Some Holes, Altogether An Awesome Reference on Aruba.
Cute little book that contains quick, but well-written reviews of the places, sights, and accommodation for this "one happy island."I'm a bit dubious on the recommendations of the restaurants, however. I discovered Aruba isn't exactly a foodie's paradise. There were a few locations I couldn't find following the book's directions. However, if you're looking for a quick reference on Aruba, this is a great start.

Good book and arrived quickly but not really needed for Aruba !
In reality you don't need one - there is not a lot on Aruba and everything can be found on the internet. I read the entire book in about 30 minutes and didn't bother taking it with me!
