Stopped Working After a Few Months - Manufacturer Sent a New One - That Only Worked For a Few Months, Too
I used this selfie stick once or twice before it stopped working. I'm guessing it's been too long to get my money back.EDIT: Upon receiving this review, the manufacturer took it upon themselves to mail us a new product. We will update when we have had a chance to use it.UPDATE: I got it. It worked for a while but every time I used it my phone would disable the keyboard. Now the selfie stick won't power on at all. To the manufacturer: Don't bother sending me a new one, I have no faith in your product.

Great buy for sure. 👍🏼
I saw the selfie stick craze shoot up and decided I would try it out, I saw other people with ones that looked cheap and had the possibility of breaking after awhile so I wanted one that was durable and that's what I got. My two day shipping got here right on time and I could follow the transaction the whole way. It's easy to use and fun to take pictures with friends. The only thing that I could partially complain about is it doesn't really fit my iPhone 6+ with the full body otter box on it. Other than that I love it! Ps. Left an example of my first picture with it.

Mixed Thoughts About this Product
This product was purchased for a wedding photo booth. It appears to be well made as far as the way that it's made to hold securely many different size phone options. The photo it takes is great and it connects and holds its connection via bluetooth. It snaps your photo easily and faithfully so that you capture the shot first try.I have however, had issues with powering on and off even after reading the instructions on holding the button for a couple of seconds. This will be a problem, I'm afraid, at the reception, causing the battery chrg. to drain very quickly.I guess we'll see.

I bought this because of its bluetooth easy one click capability to take a picture but it ...
The battery broke just after a few charging. I plug it in to charge and it has the red indicator on but would never turn blue for full charge. The light just goes out and won't fully charge the battery. I bought this because of its bluetooth easy one click capability to take a picture but it is useless if you can't charge the stick for the bluetooth to work.UPDATE:I receive an e-mail from the manufacturer sending me a new unit to see if it works out. I still have the same problem not getting the blue light indication that the selfie stick is fully charge. I am changing my review just because this time I set my iphone to check the battery life for my iphone and apple watch but was surprised to see also the battery life indicator for my Mpow Selfie Stick. Now I am able to know if the stick has been charged and how much is left in its battery. I am able to sync it to my iphone with no problem and the button to take picture on the stick works well when it is charged. Just change my review to 4 stars taking out one star for the not working blue light indicator to say if the selfie stick is fully charge or not.

Not Durable
After being notified that Mpow will send me a working unit as warranty replacement, as they promised after reading my below review, I have increased my rating from two start to five star. The unit in working condition is beautifully designed. The bluetooth works well on my iPhone. The stick folds up very nicely, giving it the smallest footprint among all my selfie sticks, fitting into jacket pockets where others would not.--- Original Review:I was originally going to leave an ultra-positive review on how finally someone figured out how to engineer a near-perfect, well thought-out selfie stick... until it broke today after 2 months of regular use. It broke during regular use, no force, taking off my phone from the clip, one of the sides just snapped off making it useless now. The piece is un-screwable, thus not replaceable. I'm trying to find warranty information from the company now as it should be covered within this short time frame. The device is otherwise truly wonderful, but the clip holder is made out of plastic and not durable. Too bad... back to using my cheap $5 selfie-sticks that are not nearly as smooth and foldable.

Though it feels silly to be standing there with your phone on a stick trying position a shot just right and you feel like "just
When my first suggested getting a selfie stick, my knee jerk reaction was heck no. Eventually I relented and we ordered the Mpow iSnap X selfie stick to use on our vacation to supplement our SLR and point & shoot camera's for family shots. Though it feels silly to be standing there with your phone on a stick trying position a shot just right and you feel like "just how low has my life sunk that I'm using one of these" I have it admit it proved useful on many different occasions and in multiple circumstances where setting up a camera on a tri-pod wouldn't have been conducive. The Mpow iSnap selfie stick isn't too bad. Set up couldn't have been easier. Just power it on, sync the blue-tooth with your mobile device and you're good to go. Want to take a picture, make sure the camera app is open and press the button. The quality and construction of the device I feel could be better. The plastics on the handle feel cheap and chintzy and the telescoping pole doesn't feel too sturdy either. Not something I'd recommend using if you're doing something active and trying to capture a picture or video. All things considered though, for something you're paying $15-$20 for it's not too bad of a value for the money.

Held outside a car widow at 50 MPH
I have 4 of these and gifted dozens. They pair with your device very well and reconnects quickly when there is a long period of non-use. Like time between photo shots. It charges quickly and seems to last for 4-5 hours of heavy use. The loss of a star is for the stick that starts to twist after a few uses. This creates about a 20 degree of angle for your phone that you have to constantly adjust for. Making the button to take the picture off center. I have not had any issues with the clamp letting go of my phone, even when held outside a car widow at 50 MPH. Sometimes scenery shots don't require a stop and shoot but a quick "yep I was here" type of shot.

Cracked stick.
Purchased as I was going on holiday and wanted to join the selfie lovers. However, my first day on holiday I went to use and I thought my phone was a little unstable and after look at the selfie stick it's clearly cracked. I can only guess that it was damaged in transit or they're not inspected before dispatch. Very disappointed and won't be using again.Edit: I was contacted immediately and offered a replacement, which arrived promptly and working. Very happy with their customer service.

Utterly Disappointed
After reading so many good reviews about the Mpow Selfie Stick I purchased it via Amazon. I used it only for one trip to UK, it was working all well and fine at the beginning but with time it didn't charge properly. There was also constant Bluetooth disconnection and I had to keep pairing it and restarting my bluetooth. At a point, the selfie stick wouldn't turn on without it being connected to a power source. At the end of my trip, I had to keep it connected to my power bank if I needed to use it. I am utterly disappointed as to how this product had so many good reviews and how I was so convinced to buy it! Totally dissatisfied.

Great
Bought one for my holidays and it is a great product. Can't recall how many hours lasted the battery, but just charged every two days to make sure I had sufficient power trough the day. Worked very well everytime, and ended up buying two more for family members!

very light monopod
The monopod arrived the next day and looks to be what I am after.I did try the device with my iPhone 6 Plus in my garden and found it easy to use once paired. The strap at the end of the handle gave me security that I wasn't going to drop the monopod, but did feel that a silicone band would give the iPhone that much more security and have added this myself. If the monopod should slip from the hand (God forbid!) then the end with the phone in is going to impact something and with the silicone band on is less likely to spring free.A genuine test at an outdoor event is needed to put it through its paces.A nice piece of kit.

Not long lasting.......but excellent customer service. Replacement or refund offered......
Original review - Power connector has stopped working after 15 months. At £8.59 it was cheap so not surprised.Update - i am very happy to say that the company upon reading my original review contacted me and offered to send a replacement or provide a refund. Given that the item was 15 months old I consider that great customer service, thank you!
