It what I expected, very stale

purchased same brand at a gourmet store and loved it so ordered more online. Compared to what I purchased from the store, this was stale and pretty much inedible. It was so tough, it was difficult to eat. Know that this company makes a great product, it is too bad that this vendor is selling old stale candy.

I was really looking forward to trying this product. After all, it's from the Old World candy artisans. The drops are OK, but they are not really sweet, to me. Scotty Dogs are much better.

We have been enjoying Gustaf licorice for years - especially love the salted variety. This sample box gives us a chance to try several different types, however the coins will always be our favorite.

I don’t review my product orders often but this was a huge waste of my hard earned money. The candy was so tough and hard that I ate 2 pieces out of a bag and literally threw the rest out. I thought that I was buying ‘gourmet’ licorice and instead got the worst licorice I’ve ever had. Who is this company? The candies are literally too tough to chew. Please don’t waste your money on this one!

These look great, taste ok but all three types have a terrible odor. Very apparent as soon as you open the package and as long as they last!
