No more heel pain!
This absolutely is amazing on my feet! I had been having plantar fasciitis on both feet and so i had been searching for some footwear to help with the pain. And this brand does just that. I don't have anymore pain. My sister borrowed them when she came to visit and was amazed on how comfy they were and how she could not even feel any rocks or hardness due to the pavement as she had been on her feet for long hours of the day building their cabin. Comfortable and help with balance and foot problems.
It was best to wear them a little at a time - like an hour one day then two the next and so on in order to get used to them. That worked well for me. Glad I followed the instructions.I wear a women’s 10 and have a little trouble with my bunions sometimes with fit but that wasn’t the case with these sneakers. I did pull on the laces a little to widen them and after that, I’ve been wearing them all the time! I’m a middle school teacher and an all over the place. These are perfect for me. Great find and not as pricey as Hooka’s which I have two of but colors are funky. These gray Gdefy look great with jeans.

These shoes are not good for restaurant/retail where there is spillage on the floor they slip
I bought these shoes to relieve all day foot fatigue in restaurant/retail. They were amazing fit and comfort EXCEPT they were not slip resistant. Because of that, there were activities on the job that strained my other muscles due to lack of traction and I wound up with a couple of blisters on my right foot (pinky toe and the adjoining toe...due to slipping and pressure on my 'planting' foot for stability. I had to return them but otherwise, I think they're a really good product. Inserts were really well made too. I hated having to give them up but they were purchased specifically for work.

Amazing Shoes
As I’m writing this, this is the second day of me wearing these shoes! I have been experiencing excruciating pain on my heels when it comes to wearing shoes. I’m a caregiver and I’m on my feet a lot, walking, running when need be, and walking on a floor that is very uneven. Ever since I put these bad boys on I haven’t been experiencing the pain in my heels that I do when I wear other shoes. Of course, there is discomfort but that is made aware on the tags a your body is learning to adjust itself! I highly recommend getting these! I know some people may or may not like these but I’m about 6 hours into my shift and my heels are nowhere near the pain I usually feel. I’m actually comfortable when I walk!

I wish I knew about these sooner.
I have a real bad case of planters, both feet, the pain, the cramping, in heel, really bad arch cramps, ball of the foot, up the ankles, the shim pain/cramps (only relief is screaming), the calf and hamstring cramps. Those of us that suffer from this, know we are all different and we try anything and everything for relief, which I did. Countless pairs of shoes, just about everything on Amazon, exercises, massaging, custom and non-custom inserts and a long list of other things. A few of the things gave me some relief but it was temporary. I went from being very active to being unable to walk more than 100 feet or so, without being in agony. My life was negativity impacted, I could not function like a normal person, always in agony, not being able to walk and having to leave functions early because of pain. People said things to me, I am a small person and I work out with weight, I got a lot comments about looking like I was in great shape which led a snarky what is wrong with you. We all know comments effect our mental wellbeing.Someone I volunteer with, who has planter symptoms similar to mine, told me these shoes changed her life and I need to get a pair. I did because I will try anything for relief. I wish I knew about these shoes, a year ago because I really suffered with planters this past year. This summer, it was unbearable, consistent cramping and agony, which I knew some of the pain was related to the mule type of "sneakers" was wearing, maybe too often. My PT did talk to me about these mules and flip flops, more than once.I get them, the instructions include, they must be snug. This is something my PT went over with me, there are inserts that you have to try out for the snuggest fit and with the type of socks you wear most often., this is REALLY important. You are supposed to break them in, these shoes make you walk "right", heel to toe, with a roll, which stretches the arch, the PT exercise includes stretching out your toes. These shoes are much easier to walk the "right" way than the PT exercise. This shoes also prevent you from "toe walking" up the stairs. They DO take a while to get used to, you will also notice pings in muscles because the "right" muscles are being fired. I think the instructions include for a "few" days. My PT called this "mindful walking", you do not have to think about it with these shoes. Second day I had them, I wore them to my volunteer job, which includes standing on pavement for hours, first time in over a year I made it for the five hours......no pain, no cramps, no screaming. I have had them 17 days now, I can be on my feet and walk for hours again! Yesterday it was 14 hours.....no pain or screaming or wanting to go home. My life has completely changed, already.Since I have had them, I did have one MINOR attack of cramping, which was a several times a day thing and there were very few nights I did not wake up screaming in cramping pain. It was not as intense and short in duration, I was able to walk it out, in a few minutes. My husband even noticed the difference in me.....I am able to walk, not complaining about pain or demanding to go home. These shoes changed my life, I know it is going to take a while, there will be setbacks, but I am on the way to being my normal self. Not everything works for everyone, these are worth a try.

Free treads are not always a bad thing!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Bought these before and I bought them again… Enough said.OK, maybe a little bit more I have had two spinal surgeries have three crushed vertebrae still have issues with my knee knees and numbness, and while it doesn’t completely eliminate these issues and doing an incredible job for helping. And how everybody knows everybody’s experiences are different but why not try!? !

Probably great…. For someone else
This seems like a very well made shoe, you get a set of standard insoles and a pair of orthotic insoles with the shoes. There is a really substantial sole.I think the fit was pretty spot on I ordered 9w, 9w is the size I order most often for shoes. I think the wides were plenty wide. Not a perfect match tho, the shoes bothered the back of my heel. The uppers were stiff and bulky. I felt like the shoes were wearing ME, rather than the other way around. The shoe’s tongue was so thick. If they come out with a more streamlined upper I would probably really like the sole, but the upper was just too bulky. My feet felt trapped.
