OVERSEAS USE ONLY Mastex 500 Dry Heating Pad Model- 220 Volt

I purchased this item for my wife to use on a trip to Spain. I was a bit concerned when the item arrived as the original box it came in was clearly for a 110V item, but the paper stickers on the box did say 220V. Regardless, once we made it to Spain, the item performed flawlessly. My wife was very pleased with the high temperature of the pad. One note, unlike other reviewers and the description indicated, my pad did not come with any type of adapter; it simply had the 2-prong international plug as part of the cord. No adapter would have been required to use the cord in my situation, but just a word of warning.

This came in really handy for me during a trip to London. I like that it came with it's own small, lightweight plug adapter too...I was able to make use of this for some of my other US electronics (even a laptop) so that was really handy.

Am I ever glad I bought this in the US before I left on my trip to Italy and Greece. It was a god send for someone with arthritis. And the plugs worked perfectly in every location. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The heating pad was advertised as a heating pad that is 220V. However, it seems that the wiring has been changed since the box indicates that it is suited for 110 voltage. I was disappointed since after three uses, it burned. Fast advertisement is a crime and I paid $40.00 plus shipping and it was a piece of junk! Take note please!!

I bought two of these so I wouldn't have to carry a heavy step down transformer. Used them twice in Italy.

Worked beautifully in two countries with 220 Volt. Keeps me warm and relaxes my back. The low temperature is good through the night. A good buy and useful product!

Works perfectly as described.
