You have a microwave over your stove, and there is a light panel on the bottom of the microwave that shines down on the stove top. Remove the glass cover of the light panel and wash it; It probably is pretty dirty. Scrub off the accumulated grease. Make sure the light switch is in the OFF position. Remove the old incandescent bulbs that that are weak, inefficient and hot. Screw in these SYX LED E17 bulbs. Replace the cleaned glass cover. There will be a dazzling new white (daylight) light over your stove top. You will be amazed. NOTE: These bulbs are labelled as dimmable but a microwave will likely not have the circuitry appropriate for dimming LEDs. In other words, .these bulbs work absolutely great when they are on full blast, as when you are cooking and want to see what is in the stew pot. But if you flip to the lower "nightlight" setting, these bulbs will emit a very rapidly vibrating light. I am nervous about that for technical, medical and aesthetic reasons. I recommend never using these bulbs on the nightlight setting.

I was tired of burning through traditional halogen bulbs in my lamp, so I decided to splurge on these. I'm not pleased at all. First, they are not nearly as bright. Secondly, they are "warm" but have a weird color to them, like there's a purple hue mixed in. Traditional halogen bulbs are simply cheaper and give better results. The only downside is that they burn out frequently.

Replace the halogen bulbs that were in our bathroom. Had to remove the existing sockets and replace them with LED compatible sockets since the base of this bulb is round, relative to the more linear base of halogen bulbs.Two issues:1. The ends of the bulb are too long. You basically have to cut part of the tip off or a decent amount of metal is exposed.2. If you haven't converted your power supply to these bulbs to a DC current, you can still see some LED flicker at 60hz if you pay attention to it.

Bright and pleasant lights. I will say they are bright like a 50w halogen bulb.The only thing to consider is the size, make sure they will fit your fixture. Pins are very long, but I think you can cut them a little, I did not try it yet.Overall I am happy( I am using it only for 2 days)

Theses bulb are nice and bright but they don't last very long. Since placing my order on August 16, 2020 I am on my 3rd bulb. The bulbs should last more than 5 or 6 weeks especially when they aren't used very much and certainly not for long periods of time.

These bulbs worked great. Nice bright and warm light from my over the stove top microwave. Not sure how it would play out as an alternative to incandescent. Overall, awesome.

Work perfectly in my overhead stove light without all the heat of the old bulbs.

Used to replace some floodlights outside. Works well. Perfect brightness for our needs. Lights up the garbage can area which is about 8 feet away. Not too cool.
