This is a great product! I never would have believed the product could do this, but my nails are growing faster and look so much healthier. My hair looks thicker and great. My Skin looks fabulous. I only wish I would have started on this product years ago.

I’ve tried a few collagen supplements before, but this is the first one that actually made a visible difference. After about a month, the deep cracks on my fingers are nearly gone—something no lotion ever fixed. My skin feels better overall, and I’m starting to see subtle improvements in my nails too. so far great product at a good price, But, but, but, the size of the pills mess with my head, they are so big. I crush them with a spoon and chase it with water. works.

I’m giving a 5 (even though I can’t 100% attest for results) because although they are big, there is no aftertaste which I was surprised because they are big lol. I can say that my nails seem to be stronger, my gut health is better (my most noticeable change) and with a combination of collagen & the appropriate amount of water (I am on multiple diuretics) my skin is hydrated. I don’t like to leave reviews when I can’t 100% say this works but after almost 2 months, I can recognize I have had some changes & taking these collagen pills is the only “health” change I’ve made.

These pills are big but I like to split dose, 3 in AM and 3 in the PM, more manageable then 6 in one sitting. I take something else with biotin for nails and I will swear by that product 50 ways till Sunday but I have noticed my hair is so much softer with these and I’ve noticed some baby hairs starting to come in so I’m hopeful. Overall not bad taste, I’ll need to update if these help my hair stop breaking off. I wanted them for my hair mostly.
