Is this tool refillable?

I do not know. But Stampin’ Up has come out with one that is even better and is refillable. Go to StampinUp.com to find a demonstrator near you. Or you can probably order straight online. I’m getting one from SU because my other one (seen here) is empty.

its not adhesive - it just picks up small items with a tacky tip for intricate placement
