Leviton 80401-A 1-Gang Decora Wallplate, Almond

Arrived with ZERO SCREWS. Shabby packaging. Cellophane packaging broken on both ends. Screws lost when placed into Amazon packaging. Very disappointing. Not worth the time to ask for the screws. Only recourse is a review. Defeats the point of ordering online when you have to make a separate trip to Home Depot and hope they have Stainless Steel screws. Other reviewers had the same problem. All that said, it's a nice looking wall plate cover. Recommendation: buy if you have spare Stainless Steel screws.

My wife and I recently remodeled our kitchen, replacing old,dated fixtures, and installed new cabinets. So when we chose brushed nickel pendant lights for our island, brushed cabinet knobs and pulls, and all new stainless appliances, we naturally decided to update all of the wall plates as well. It's nice to have everything match.Leviton makes a very nice quality product. Very solid, and they look really nice. What is really great is that they have quite a variety of wall plates, for every conceivable need. This review is for a GFCI plate, but we bought many different ones, and they all match.I think they are a little expensive (minus half a star) for what you get, especially in comparison to a simple plastic one, but they really finish off the kitchen, and I don't regret spending the money on them. You do get what you pay for. If you are looking for a way to make your plugs look a little nicer, consider these.They do attract fingerprints, but that is to be expected for brushed metal finishes. Just need to wipe off now and then (minus half a star).

Nice thick plate. Edges are fairly sharp as mentioned by other reviewers. Took out 1 star because the screws are too long for steel junction boxes. I had to cut off half the threads with a bolt cutter. For me, it wasn't that hard to do just had to spend an additional 5 minutes.

As a former low voltage tech, Leviton is one of the best in the industry, and a great product for homeowners to use in their homes. These add value, and are very cleanable, just wipe WITH THE GRAIN of the metal, and they will look new for years. There are some jagged corners, so just a heads up if you plan on buying 20 and handling them. I find a deburring tool works great around the edges.

We bought several of these and we are very pleased. They come with a blue plastic protective covering that is supposed to be removed. It is scratch free by having the protective covering so they look perfect.

I like it. It is as shown and advertised. Upon taking out of the box, I had a split-second panic before I realized the blue exterior [packaging] was just a protective adhesive film. It seems durable for it use. Very satisfied.

I liked this even a little better than other stainless steel dues to the look. Also screw-heads seems to be slightly larger, I like the look of that too.

Color and finish is perfect and just as shown in the photo. Quality is great! not flimsy or easy to bend. Installed easily to standard plate.
