I measured my bicep (not tensed) before picking a size, my bicep is 12.5", so I selected the size L which is 12" to 15", but when I tried it on and put my phone in it (iPhone X) it was way too loose and immediately slid down my arm. When running with my forearm at a 90degree angle it obiously wouldn't slide down, but it's uncomfortable because it slides down to my elbow and crumples up, where it should stay wrapped around my bicep. And if running I do want to unfold my arm completely, it would just slide off comlpetely immediately..I think it's a litte crazy to say that something that fits a 15" bicep can also fit a 12" bicep, 3 inches is a huge difference in bicep size. Ideally they'd need sizes for every inch, I think for me a 12" one would fit, but a 12" one would be way too tight on a 15" bicep, and vice-versa a 15" one would be way too loose for a 12" bicep, as I have just discovered.. So if you want to buy one and your bicep is on the lower end of the range, consider going one size down. I'm going to try have mine replaced for a size M, the upper limit for that one is 11" but I'd much rather it be a little too tight than too loose...Aside from that I like the product a lot, it's good quality, nice stretchy material (again I'd rather too tight because the material is thin and stretchy so wouldn't be too uncomfortable even with a tight fit). My phone fits in it great with a case and without a case, though it does look pretty weird having this fat rectangle protruding out of my arm compared to other phone arm hoders where the screen is visible so it looks a little less odd. But it serves its purpouse so I can definitely recommend.

measured my arm, bought the one matching that measurement (I was slightly closer to smaller rather than upper size quoted) but it is far too tight.

I bought this due to the good value/cost and have put many miles with it.Beware, if you are a bit swole/muscly and or have a larger phone- it starts to get a bit tight/uncomfortable.

This fit my arm perfectly, didn’t rub or move on my arm. I have an iPhone 12 max. I tested it out on a 13 mile run too! Highly recommend

I was looking for an armband to carry a phone whilst running and this appeared to do the job. Going by the sizing info I went for a large (13 inch bicep) which was just about ok with nothing in it (slightly loose) but as soon as I put my iPhone XS in and ran, it slipped down. I contacted the company and a smaller size was dispatched immediately without me needing to return the larger size. Absolutely excellent customer service with follow up emails to check the new one had arrived and the sizing was fine. I’m now happily running around with a very comfortable band on my arm. The only downside it that I can't get my phone in and out very easily - but that was the price I paid for going with the smaller sizing, but I’d rather have that than the band sliding down my arm as I ran.

I was sceptical that it would hold my phone and stay in place on my arm as I have a Samsung A9 mobile which is quite bulky, but it stayed in place. Measuring my arm before buying meant it fitted as per the description. The only thing to be aware of and my reason for 4 stars is that after a short run (I'm doing the first week of the couch to 5 k) the condensation on my mobile was substantial. I know mobiles are waterproof to a point but I believe regular use could cause damage to the speakers, cameras or charging points.I will be keeping it as it is still useful although I think it is overpriced considering this,I think, quite large drawback.

Does exactly what is required of it. Easy to access zip, well made, comfortable fit.
