I've been vegan for 15 years, and know from health experts that vitamin B12 is the main nutrient we need to supplement. I settled on this Country Life product several years ago as my favorite B12 source. Physicians say we need only a small amount of B12 each day, and these tablets provide a reasonable 500 mcg dose -- vs the excessive amounts that many B12 tablets provide. Being small, chewable, and tasty, they are easier to take than many other tablets. Also better than the sprays that tend to get clogged. An excellent value for the money, too!

This was recommended by my doctor. It brought my B12 levels up from low to high. Dissolves easily and tastes good.

Instructions say to hold under tongue for 30 seconds then swallow...I just held it under my tongue because I didn't want to do 2 steps lol. It does dissolve so I satisfied.

Love that I don't have to run to sprouts to get my vitamins & the price is so much better on Amazon. The store didn't have them in stock the last time I went & a clerk tried to hard sell the higher dosage. I left, then looked online. Found them here and not only was it the dosage I wanted, they cost less.

While this is the sublingual version, I just put it in my pill minder and swallow it with my vitamin D and E capsules. I read some studies that said elders (that's me!) are often deficient in Vitamin B-12 and interestingly, Folic Acid has in some studies been linked to a reduction in colon cancer. I thought this combination was a twofer and so that's why I bought it. My second bottle, it is easy to swallow - the pills are quite small - no after taste and I think it gets the job done.

I goty B2, I think is essential to take B12as daily basis, especially this brand I love

This is a product I bought because it is sublingual (under the tongue). I chew it up finely and take it with a little water, allowing it to dissolve under my tongue and get into the system for about 10 secs before I swallow the rest. I had a stroke about 8.5 years ago and had some memory issues. I don't know how much it has helped my long term memory, but short-term is DEFINITELY improved.

I usually just purchase my vitamins at Walmart but I was already placing an Amazon order and threw this in. The only thing I didn't like is it doesn't really disolve very much. You really do need to chew it.
