Excellent so far, installed and not only saw the 8GB, it also added the 2GB internal (which I didn't expect, I though there was an address limitation in the HW which maxed 2 Channels at 8GB in the HP Elitebook 8540W).Re-Ran the Microsoft "Experience index test" (Ctrl Panel/Perf Info & Tools) and it increased my memory rating from 4.2 to 7.9 (i.e. Max).Otherwise subjectively, it seems faster, loads applications quickly, no lag that it had before, even more so after paired w/a 500GB Samsung EVO SSD that I added - It's running as fast as the HW can now, No complaints so far, Good upgrade for me :)
