The boundary strips that came with my Neato vacuum weren't long enough. I needed more to place around the house. These were a cheap option and they worked perfectly! I've put them everywhere from underneath the couch to under book cases. When the vacuum bumps into them it respects the boundary and keeps going.It comes in one long strip. Just measure the length you want and cut. They don't have any adhesive built into them so make sure you buy some scotch tape of double sides tape to keep them in place.

The boundary tape that came with the Neato vacuum we own was thicker and shaped differently. This stuff works sufficiently but the vacuum still pushes at it for a little bit before turning around. I can't put the sticky stuff permanently on my floor so I doubled the strips on top of each other (since they are magnetized) and that seems to help.

I use this with my shark robot vacuum. It works great to keep my vacuum in places I want it.

Nothing wrong with the product, I'm sure. But, I bought this as a boundary for my robot vacuum named Mildred. It does not stop her. She doesn't even slow down. Turbo spools and she's out.

MY robot vacuums can see this strip, even when painted.

It's easy to cut in order to fit where you need it. However, this was a waste of $$ for me since it didn't work.

Good boundary for my Shark vacuum bot. They can be cut as well which helps if you have specific areas you need to blockade.
