This is my second order of these moth balls. The packages are great because you can open them a bit and just stick them in a closet or drawer and they do the job and last a long time. I've never seen a moth or had damage since using these.

SMELL: Similar to toilet tablets in public restrooms or Honey buckets. Not bad in my opinion. I've smelled moth balls that were way worse.CARPET BEETLES: These work! Must be used in a closet space like a linen closet, closed cupboard, closed closet, storage tubs ECT.I had an infestation of these little nightmares in my linen closet. It has taken time as they have still been hatching from the cracks I can't get into but when they do, they die once they crawl around these moth balls. I sweep them up, flush them, repeat. I haven't seen movement in 4-5 days which is a miracle after MONTHS of trying to rid these darn bugs. I am ordering another round just to be sure they're gone.I like the little pre-measured packages so I can open a new fresh bag as needed. Highly recommend.

If you have ever had a rodent, you come to the realization that if given the choice, you would rather your home reek of mothballs then have vermin feel more than comfortable wandering about your home. Rodents disgust me. I do not even keep potatoes or onions in my kitchen, they go into the fridge and I just pray that they never find a way in there, but some have told me where there’s a will there’s a way, ugh!! These mothballs do the job. I used to get them at the dollar store but now it seems as though they no longer have them. That’s fine, with Amazon I can have them delivered and not have to go running around! I put one open bag under each sink and one open bag in every other room, but I feel the sinks are most important because The cut outs where the piping is located allows for a Thruway of sorts. This is the type of thing that everyone should have in their home. Even if you think that you don’t have them because you basically keep your home in immaculate order as I do, guess what, still possible and yes, it’s absolutely revolting! Stop thinking about it, I purchased two boxes and I have one open bag underneath the head of the bed.

These smell STRONG. They smell exactly like a fresh porta potty chemicals. Like a toilet cake in a urinal. Like a smell that will make your eyes water because its so chemically and strong. After putting a few in my closet, my entire apartment REEKED of porta potty. I could literally smell it from down the hallway. All of my clothes smelled it too, I would get comments on it. It lingered for a while after removing them. They mostly worked, but PLEASE BE WARNED they REALLY stink!!!!! I had a sealed bag of chips in my room (not even in my closet) that I had to throw out, because they literally absorbed the smell, and tasted like moth balls.
