I am in my early 40's and exeriencing early-onset menopause following a hysterectomy. Since my surgery my menopausal symptoms have increased tremendously. Night sweats, hot flashes, fuzzy brain, moodiness. I began taking it the day it arrived on my doorstep. I didn't feel the effects for a week or so but pushed on in faith because of other reviews I had read. Then it started to work. I was sleeping a little better at night, not waking as much either with my body on fire or chilled to the bone. My emotions felt more under control. And I noticed fewer hot flashes throughout the day. I forgot to order again before my first bottle ran out and boy did I pay the price! Within a week the symptoms were back in full force. I won't do that again! I have been taking them for about 7 months now and it has made a world of difference in my body and my life. I am no longer sleep deprived and I rarely have a hot flash. I feel cheerful and focused again. I highly recommend this product!

I just need to say that these pills saved my life & my sanity.Due to the fact that I've had no children & as family history goes, like it or not, I entered early Perimenopause.It started about 3 years ago and I was in denial saying the reason I kept sweating through my clothes at night was because I had too many blankets on the bed.Long story short, recently, depression increased to the point where I just didn't want to function and my mood swings were so bad that I couldn't even stand myself and my poor husband was at his wits end and just hid from me until he felt it was safe to come out.Due to our 100% cancer track record history in my family with the female's, I am not eligible for conventional HRT so I have to do the alternative options. So in my desperate attempt to get my life back from this cloud I was put under, I tried a LOT of different products.I'm still getting my cycle but the way it was working, my body was clearly lacking something to help it go along so I knew I needed a product that had a balanced blend of vitamins, minerals and herbs.I could ramble on here and tell you everything that I tried that didn't work and the things I use now in my daily regiment that help balance things out but I'd rather keep the focus on THIS product.I was hopeful after reading all the reviews on Amazon and several other sites & felt I had nothing to lose.I was so excited that I couldn't get this fast enough.Once I received it, I have to tell you that it only took about 3 days for the effects to start working!I have been on this now for 4 weeks and I have not had any night sweats since I started taking this, no depression or mood swings.Thanks to this product, I got my life back & words can not express how grateful I ( and my husband) am.It has the perfect balance of vitamins & herbs that a woman's body needs during the transition.I knew after doing extensive research that I needed a product that had the best of both worlds and this one is perfect.Just a side note and I do apologize for the TMI but the pills are big so they may be a tad tricky to swallow.Aside from that, they we will turn your urine an extreme bright yellow and I'm only sharing this so you will not be alarmed.In any case, I will NEVER go without this product again.I urge you if you are on the same quest that I am to find yourself again through the journey that is Perimenopause, please do yourself a favor and give this a try.

Perimenopausal? This is what you need to get!! Take it every day then you'll start to notice the difference. Grateful to the other reviewers, this is definitely making a difference. I'm less emotional, no longer get hot flashes, I'm not feeling fatigued all the time, my hair looks better, but i still recommend adding a Biotin pill to this because I don't see the difference in my skin and nails too much but with the Biotin, skin looks great, nails much stronger. I also started menstruating again(ok maybe not what you want but it makes me feel less old, lol) not sure how much of that (not getting my period) was due to stress vs perimenopause. Terrible! Opened the bottle and the smell was awful. The pills are huge but I forced it down. My stomach became upset within 20 minutes and nothing is helping to calm it. In a word, yuck!!!

I like this brand of vitamins because they're gentle on your stomach and more affordable than some of the other "health food store" brands. I was taking the "woman" version and decided to try these because the hot flashes had recently taken on a whole new meaning (I thought I knew what a hot flash was before that but apparently I did not. They were more frequent and intense, happened all day and night, interrupting work and sleep, and all I had to do was think "hot flash" and there it was! Hot to the core, with a red face and a tendency to stick my head in the freezer if one was available.) I started taking these about two months ago, and didn't really notice a difference at first, but while on vacation a few weeks ago it suddenly occurred to me that I couldn't remember the last time I had a hot flash. Even after I returned to work (and I work in a mostly female environment filled with drama and tense moments, which used to bring them on), the hot flashes have not returned. I highly recommend these, but you may have to give them a few weeks to work.
