I purchased this for my 18mo old granddaughter. She's now almost 2 and it still fits. She looks like an angel in it. It was all I hoped it would be.

My 7 year old granddaughter always gets so hot in the summer at night and this gown is comfortably light. It’s not sheer to be immodest.

Such a lovely nightgown. It’s lightweight and thin, perfect for the summer. It is definitely sheer but if my daughter had a slip, it could totally be used as an old fashioned dress. Definitely runs small. My daughter is a size 8 and I ordered the 10-12, thinking I would take it in for a year or so. It basically fits just right but there will be some room to grow. My 8yo is super into all the old classic stories (Anne of Green Gables, Little House, Secret Garden, etc) and now she feels like one of the characters in her books! Best present for her 9th birthday. I will definitely be getting another one for her younger sister.

This nightgown appears professionally made, washes well and is 100% cotton-so soft and pretty! My granddaughter wants to wear it constantly, and I have bought it for her in 3 different sizes as she has grown. A rare find at this price in the world of polyester.
