My first review was that I didn't receive the order. I was wrong. I found the package by the basement door.Kellogg's All Bran has been a staple in our home. It especially helps my sister who has Parkinson's and depends on a high fiber diet. I'm so happy I can order it from Amazon because it's almost impossible to find in a store.

GOOD FOR YOU EAT IT!!!
This cereal is very good for you eat it but make sure your close to a bathroom not soon afterwards.They sould call it Fiber 2 ha ha but really it cleans your guts like draino!!

It's all about regularity.
When I need a snack at night I get a bowl of all-bran and milk. I also enjoy putting the cereal in a bowl and eating it like I would peanuts. But the best thing, was that I made the banana/bran muffin recipe on the back of the box and my wife loved them. A very versatile cereal that does a lot of good.

Ingredients are not healthy for me
I have been reading labels recently due to having kidney stones and looking for foods that contain high oxalate values which I can no longer have. When I read the ingredients in the cereal, I was dismayed, as the ingredients are not healthy for me however, I do love this cereal. I am very sad that I’m unable to purchase this again.
