Very tasty
These have a fantastic taste! I could easily see these being crushed and used as a coating for chicken or fish.

Yummy
Don't listen to those snoots that whine about incorrect taste. Pthewy! These are YUMMY! A bit sweet, but I like that.

My favorite Whole Foods cashews
They make a lot of flavored cashews, and Thai Curry is the best, hands down. Such an amazing balance of salty, savory, and sweet.

These are delicious---despite the criticisms being true
Ok, let's get the criticisms out of the way:1. yes, the seasoning uses dairy milk and that is a needless fail out of character with Thai cuisine.2. They are sweet--in fact, there are a number of different sugars listed in the ingredients.3. Cashews do have a delicate and wonderful flavor--in fact, I challenge you to get the Whole Foods unroasted, unsalted, raw cashews--they are delicious!4. Yeah, its not really hot/picante spicy at all.But....with all that said:This is a delicious and yummy snack!!!! We devoured a bag in no time and really enjoyed the light spicy salty flavoring. I would not hesitate to put these on a snack table along with chips and other nibbles. Would also go very nicely with a light lager, like Singha or Tiger. ;-)Recognize that Whole Foods came up with a nice, yummy snack and slapped a label on it. Don't get wrapped up with the Thai label and you can enjoy this delicious snack in good spirits.Recommended.

Good quality, kid approved
I actually bought these by accident (meant to buy salted), but my daughter loves them--and she's a very picky eater. Now if only I can get her to call them by name instead of calling them pistachios!

Tastes like cool ranch Doritos!
Okay so I accidentally stumbled upon these when this product was substituted for - wait for it - frozen edamame. Why would I want Thai Curry Cashews as a substitute for frozen edamame? I was not pleased to say the least.Fast forward to the day when I actually tried these... Oh my goodness these were so delicious that I nearly ate the entire bag in two days! Do you like cool ranch Doritos? If so, the spice blend on these cashews tastes eerily similar to cool ranch Doritos (I kid you not) but with a little bit of a kick to them. These are not overly spicy but have more of a mild to medium level of spiciness - not overbearing in any way.Such a delicious and healthy (if you don’t eat the whole bag at once) snack! Try them!!

I have to hide them from myself
They're just delicious. I love spicy food and they could be spicier and yes they're salty and probably too sweet, but--to repeat myself--they're delicious. One of those snacks that has just enough redeeming qualities to allow you to convince yourself that you don't need to feel guilty.Definitely lock them up if you're drinking or having a non-tobacco combustible substance because you'll be amazed how quickly half the bag disappears.

Too much sugar and pepper for me
When I ordered this I didn't check the ingredients but was hoping for something spicy and limey with dried chillis and curry leaves in it. As it turns out the spices with the highest content are sugar and pepper with even more sweetness added in other forms later in the ingredients. Comparing this to the ones I bought all over India and at trader joes I am not a fan of these at all. I'm not saying you won't like it but I was personally disappointed with the flavor. As far as value goes, currently you get a lot for the price. At the moment the same size bag of roasted salted cashews costs several dollars more than the bag of lime and chili cashews.
