 Easy to set up, easy to install - if you have a power drill. Long lasting battery - also has the option of being plugged into the mains (additional cable needed). Works very well as a security camera with great viability in night and day. My only issue is the app. It may be my phone, but I occasionally miss notifications from the doorbell. Other than that it works very well.

So this is my second security camera although first with doorbell function. I decided to get it after multiple issues with our post service claiming that they were visited our house with delivery but there was no one at home where in few cases we knew was not the case. The camera has ability to detect motion which means that even if there was a problem with the bell we would know that someone attempted to visit us. The motion detection is obviously good also for security reasons. It works well on this device and the app that comes with it is very decent allowing in very easy way (slide timeline function) check all recorded activities. I use it powered with included two 18650 rechargeable batteries as it lasts few good weeks on them however for those who want to connect it to AC there is also this possibility. I attached to my door with strong Velcro to avoid drilling in them but the set comes with wall plugs too. The camera does not come with microSD card however it supports 8, 16 and 32 GB ones. What could have been better? Night mode is just ok and there is no separate bell which means that the actual device makes sound when push button engaged as well as the app on your phone but nothing else. Resolution is decent but also depends on the quality of your internet broadband. I may be a bit picky but would prefer it better although it says it is 720/1080p.

The set itself has some style about it, with blue lights that come on when the dinger is pressed. The volume has 4 settings, from quiet to quite loud actually (20dB to 85dB). I bought this as a cheaper alternative to the "ring" system. What a great product!!!! The packaging was really good quality and so was the device. Easy to set up and the app was simple aswell and thats saying something from someone who considers himself a "techno-dinosaur." Picture quality day/night is fantastic as is the audio. I would definately recommend this to family and friends.Pairing/set up and installation are very simple. This doorbell is absolutely brilliant. This is the second of these I have purchased and this one was for a neighbour. I had recommended this as I was so happy with my previous purchase. My neighbour's old wireless doorbell had packed up and she was expecting various tradesmen and didn't want them to think she was out. This is very easy to install and the good thing is you can unplug the chime if you don't want to be disturbed without having to mess about with taking out batteries. We personally like the Westminster Door Chime but there are so many to choose from. Also the price has come down from when I purchased mine the first time round. Very reasonable indeed and I thoroughly recommend this product.At first attempt the video was working on my phone app but no notification coming through when the bell rang.Uninstalling the app and restarting pairing up did the trick and I was up and running.LOADS of ringer options, a lot of which continue for quite a few seconds, a bit too long in many instances. Problem here is that with over fifty options, when you have to cycle right through the whole set if you want to choose one that you have already passed.

Do yourself a big favour and do not get this bell, which has an app that is not fit to purpose. Ever since we installed the bell, our life became a misery. It keeps ringing with no one out at the door (see picture - the orange lines are 'activity', but I went to the door and there was none...), even when we set up the sensitivity to 'Low' it keeps ringing and ringing. When someone is at the door, it takes ages to load the app, so by the time you speak to them they are gone... The app updated automatically (cannot choose not to), and since then my husband's setting would not respond at all. The app got 2 stars out of 5 on the app shop, but I think it is much too generous as it is so useless that it should get a 0... Not happy...:(

I thought i was going to be more secure with this Bell and it would look the part alongside my new door. However, the motion detection is totally out of sync with my phone and doesn't register to alert me till at least a minute passes after detection, and then when i look to identify the persons they have already moved from my door (as in postman and such) I wouldn't have given this Bell only two stars had there been a way for me to rewind and look back when using the app but i just couldn't do it, may be i haven't set it up right, who knows? Anyway i didn't send this product back as i wanted it also for the touch bell on the outside of the house, and to be fair looks good if anything else . Perhaps i will find a way of correcting the timing of the sensor and be able to view past video images and then come back to change my review sometime in the future. .

Installation was straightforward and easy - all the fittings and tools you need are included. We had no connectivity or installation problems whatsoever. you have to rely on the app to alert you. I like the way the bell rings outside so guests aren’t left wondering if the bell rang or not. The added security and convenience are great and the small charge for the recording facility is well worth it. Would highly recommend this product, especially for anyone who is security conscious

I decided to purchase this doorbell as I have limited mobility and thought I would help me with answering the door. Usually by the time I get there I'm watching them drive away. My partner set it up and attached it to our front door. From the start this doorbell was pathetic. The biggest problem was no chime unit so u had no idea if anyone was there. I couldn't trust the app as it pretty much failed to ring when the doorbell was pressed. The camera and mic were ok but the app was a big let down. I returned this unit for a refund and purchased an Accfly unit with a chime and it's been perfect. Avoid this product as it doesn't work at all
