Bought for my wife who is a yoga nut! The color is exactly as shown in the pictures, and the pattern looks really good. My wife assures me the quality is beyond compare and she loves the new addition to her Yoga gear. Its also easy to clean and a perfect size for when she is just kneeling.

I've had my mat for over three years, used it nearly everyday and its been the best thing I've bought for my practise. I bought the pad for additional support under my knees when I go to studio and it so portable! honestly wouldn't look at any other mats now.

I bought this to use with a really thin travel mat to give my wrists some extra padding. It’s brilliant and I use it every day now. It’s really grippy and loads of cushioning!

This is a great size for taking to the gym for practicing head stands or any work where your hands or arms are on the floor. Great bag to keep it in as well.

What appealed to me most about this mat isn't the extra support it offers for yoga practice but the alignment markers that help get the best alignment during poses. I've found the central line marker and hand markers great for my downward dog and once my body is in the correct position for that I find the rest of my yoga poses flow better. I sit on top of my regular yoga mat and there is excellent rubberised grip underneath so it stays put. The grip on the surface of the mat is also excellent, I find it particularly useful for high intensity yoga sessions where my hands get sweaty and slip on my regular mat. I can't say that I have really noticed a difference in support however, perhaps if you have weak wrists this would be of benefit. This is expensive for what it is, and if you're considering spending the money I would look at stretching to afford the full mat which has complete alignment markers. Otherwise this is a good option if you're struggling with proper positioning during yoga practice. The quality is very good so should last well; a good investment.

This little mat is worth every penny! It makes a big difference during my practice as a knee pad, wrist pad and headstand pad. I definitely recommend it, and it comes with a bag to keep it safe.
