Sandalwood Aftershave 4oz after shave by Captain's Choice Captain's Choice

Q: Is this aftershave scent long lasting or is the scent gone before you can get out of the house???

Its a aftershave lotion not a cologne, its designed to be used right after a shave, nice sandalwood scent but it would last just a hour or less based on the person using it and the amount. I just used a small amount after my shaving routine.

Q: Has anyone used this in conjunction with Taylor of Old Bond Street sandalwood shaving cream? Do they work together, or are they radically different?

I own the Taylor of Old Bond Street cologne as well as the Captains Choice Sandalwood, and the Captain's Choice Sandalwood is nothing like the Taylor's.

Q: Does this bottle have a flow restrictor?

Yes, the bottle I purchased does have flow restrictor. I purchased ,mine about 2 years ago, so am not reporting on current production.

Q: Which is better, Taylor of Old Bond or this?

Better what way is more of the question. Captain's choice gives my skin a softer feel probably a more nourishing feel but the scent will dissipate after a bit and will return for a little bit with sweat or moister on the face. Taylor of old bond street scent will last for quite a while but the soft feeling on your skin will not. I use both just not together because the scent is a little different with both. I enjoy them both. Sorry if this didn't help. I have over 30 different after shaves and enjoy them all for different reasons.
