No other cost-effective diaper cream compares. The perfect texture, and clears up the rash every time. We slather this on at every diaper change, and our little girl stays mostly rash free. And yes, we go through a lot. Triple Paste is similarly awedome, but twice the cost. Burt's Bees zInc oxide cream also works well, but it doesn't even come in a 16 Oz tub.We used to be able to buy this locally, but most places have stopped carrying it. Now we have to order it online in bulk.

Best baby diaper cream in the world. My daughter does not have any redness or irritation. Her skin is very sensitive and this is the only product I trust. Hard to find in stores. I’ve ordered this from amazon twice and plan on ordering again. Amazon also offers it for a better price than Walgreens and CVS.

Great product just a bit messy but that's my faulty should of thought of jar being that way. No better product to keep the baby's bum nice and dry.
