Helpful for my senior dog who is battling Cushings. A clean product at a good price. Highly recommend.

Vet prescribed this dosage for my dog with Cushing's, and it has worked in conjunction with the flaxseed lignans. Had the hardest time finding this dose anywhere or a non-gummy version. Her body is so used to it now that it doesn't make her groggy or anything, and she hasn't had any negative side effects from this supplement. I have also used this for other family dogs (including a husky and a german shepherd) during fireworks and bad thunderstorms, as they get anxiety during these loud events, and they helped calm them down enough to ride it out without pacing or freaking out.The quality is consistent with each bottle we get from this brand, and we have been purchasing this brand for about 2 years now.

I give my dog (33lbs) one of these every night so she will sleep without waking up several times for no reason. She sleeps with me so my sleep was interrupted. We both sleep great now! I will definitely buy again!

I ordered melatonin and cholodin to help my older dog (7+ years) who has been displaying nighttime anxiety. He is calm during the day, but as soon as we go to bed he is panting and pacing off and on throughout the night. It gets so bad that I end up moving out of the bedroom to sleep with him on the couch most nights so my partner can sleep, but that is not sustainable.He is 50 lbs so yesterday I gave him 1 cholodin (recommended for dogs 25-50lb) at his dinner and 3mg of melatonin before bed and he slept through the night! To make sure it's not just a fluke, I will do 3 days of this combination, then 3 days of cholodin alone, then 3 days of melatonin alone and will report back with the results. The cholodin I ordered was Cholodin Tablets 50 Tabs.I also have been putting flower remedy drops in his water a few nights before I started this combo, but that only seemed to make a small difference. L Theanine is another supplement that was recommended by my vet about a year and a half ago which worked pretty well at first, but I had to keep increasing the dosage and it seems to wear off in the middle of the night. Hopefully this does not happen with cholodin and melatonin.

It’s impossible to know if these really work or not but they seem to. When sleep music and a blindfold don’t work they seem to produce the required results. They don’t seem to last for long - maybe they shouldn’t -but in my experience if you as long as you have 3 or 4 hours you won’t have any issues waking up. I have ordered this product several times and it always arrives quickly and in a well sealed bottle.

I bought this for the purpose of calming my dog to be able to cut his nails. The poor guy never dropped! I gave him one and waited for about 30-45 min and seemed like it did not work. Then I gave him another one since he is a 95lbs dog so he might need more (the bottle said only one regardless of size). Nothing happened. He was so persistent to play that I just ended up giving up and playing fetch instead. The two never did anything. They didn’t calm him or make him drowsy. It’s as if he didn’t take them at all.My dog is a very anxious dog, so it’s hard to keep him calm specially during 4th of July and new years. He’s a Labrador mix with a Shepard. Not sure exactly as to why the pills didn’t work but for those with Shepards or Labradors I’d suggest maybe looking at a different brand.

Not seen any negative reactions for my dog so I say this works well!
