I just opened my second bottle. It took 3 weeks of 3 tablets per day, one after each meal before I noticed excellent results. The alternating loose stools and blocked feces has passed. I also have changed my diet by reducing grains and proteins, increasing greens and vegetables, limiting processed cheeses, no milk, and no fast foods. I highly recommend this product to help your gut do a better job for you.
