Waste of money. This is not a book of exercises to be very clear. This is pamphlet extolling the benefits of doing pelvic floor exercises. The graphics are very blurry. This is a complete scam.

I don't think this booklet is worth $10.99. There are many mispelled words. I think you could get better advice from watching free videos from medical experts on YOUTUBE.

Translation in this book to English would be hilarious, if I hadn't brought the book for a serious reason and in good faith. Utter load of drivel the pictures are not very clear and there are no instructions on how to actually do the exercises it says it's about as useless as a chocolate teapot very disappointed and a total waste of my hard-earned money the seller should be ashamed. Didn't want to give it any star rating but it wouldn't let me,

Wished I had read the reviews first and saved my money. Completely useless. There are pictures but no explanation as what you should do and why. Waste of money
