Headboard was tiny and not in the preferred size. You will be asked to contact seller to return item. Seller says cost of returning product is mine. Really annoying as the descrption of the product doesnt not include clear size of headboard hence why i am returning this. Its a shame as quality wise, looks great for the cost!!

Wrong item was originally delivered (wrong size and colour), however the company were more than helpful in providing a replacement with the correct headboard i originally ordered, free of charge, it came within 3 days of me contacting them. Absolutely love the headboard, so easy to fit together (i dont usually do DIY either), great value for money and looks fab

I bought two headboard and one was great and the other one was a poor quality. The legs and the screws were of poor quality, I asked for a refund on one and they refused to give me one at first until I quoted my consumer rights, then they said they would replace the wooden legs I didn’t want that. I had to pay myself to return the headboard, before they would give me a full refund, I wasn’t happy with the customer service that was given to me, this is not the way you keep your business going 😡

I would just like to say that this product is literally half the height of the picture. I knew it would be small from other reviews but didnt mind because i have a very small space. If you are looking for any height above the pillows then i would advise you look elsewhere. Nice product for what it is

I was looking at headboards for around£200 then my husband found this. It was a replacement for a fitted wardrobe. Absolutely loved it and great value for money. Fitting was ok but it came with struts and not the brackets as required, but ok as we added existing. Hubby tells me it was slightly off square and it wasn't his fixing 🤔 but you can't tell.

Great item but the picture makes it look alot taller as in comes further up the wall and a nice height above pillows.. this is not the case and is far from lookong the height that it shoes in the pictures.. still a nice item and a good price but be warned..

On arrival the wooden stands were chipped and of low quality wood. The finishing of wood was disgraceful and should not be sold. Not only does it look aesthetically displeasing, it is unsafe and unstable.The look of the actual headboard was as expected and the assembly was relatively straightforward.Let down by the stand and will need a refund!

Good Value for mon considering a king size headboard would have costed way more elsewhere. The item came quickly but had a poor finish to the back. I had to hammer taks in as they where dangerously poking out the back & finish stapling backing down. Apart from minor DIY it was a good height and excellent length.
